Obsessed for a couple months, then I took the plunge. Before: FG: 4 FL: 3-4 EG: 5 BPEL: 7.5 - 8 Grower not a Shower 6 Days Post-Op: FG: 5 FL: 4.75 - 5 BPEL: 7-7.25 EG: 6 Soooo. I was super nervous. I didn’t know you do the procedure standing up. Dr Carney is super chill and funny. He said “you have a big penis, so don’t expect and Inch because of your length” I didn’t bleed much, no discoloration. He didn’t even wrap me up he said I didn’t need it cuz I’m not a bleeder. Popped a 6mg Taldafil Blue Chew. Got home put on a Urowrap. Started rolling every hour. After 2hrs it was almost impossible cuz the lidocaine wore off. Urowrapped every day, massage several times. The medications include various forms of amphetamines generally prescribed for conditions such as attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as certain antidepressants and antipsychotics, and medications prescribed for the treatment of an enlarged prostate. Vasoconstriction is among the adverse effects of amphetamines. Vasoconstriction is a phenomenon characterized by a reduction in blood flow due to the constriction of blood vessels. This may also be occurring in other areas of the body, but only the genital region is visibly affected. This is due to the fact that the penis consists solely of blood vessels to achieve and maintain its shape and size. This effect may persist for up to a month. As an erection causes an increase in blood flow to the penis, the penis will return to its normal size once an erection is achieved. Also essential is the fact that these medications do not cause erectile dysfunction. In addition to its interaction with the proteins elastin and collagen, amphetamines can also cause a reduction in penile size. Adderall causes elastin to degrade. This causes a shortening of the ligament that attaches the base of the penis. This factor can cause the penis to diminish in both its flaccid and erect states. Signaling pathways are a third reason why amphetamines may affect the size of the penis. This drug induces a cascade in the penis’ smooth muscle cells, resulting in their degradation. This physically reduces the actual bulk of the penis, resulting in a physical diminution of penis size." I'm sorry to be the bearer of not-so-great news, but yes, it does happen. And unfortunately it's not just Adderall, but any stimulant/amphetamine-based ADHD medication that can cause this. But the good news is there are things you can do to boost your blood flow that can help counteract that effect.
