I probably should have discussed it before hand, but I'm pretty sure that conversation will go much better than the,"yep that was what I was saving the $4,000 for" conversation, so I think I'm good.

Thanks for the replies! Buckeye71: I'll let you know what she says and how it goes! I hope you're right Justn8! 6x5to6x7 right now pre-op i'm 6 1/2" EL and 4 3/4" EG. I hit my wife's cervix already, so length wise I feel pretty good. I used to be 6", but i've gained a solid 1/2" over the years stretching; never could get any real gains from pumping or clamping, so PMMA it is. I used an open ended sleeve on my wife that gave me an extra 1" girth and I could tell she highly enjoyed it. So, now I'm on a mission! When I get to San Diego I'll snap some pre-op photos with measurements and post them with pics of post op gains with measurements. I'm hoping to gain 1" to 1 1/4" in girth total, though I know that probably won't happen on round 1. Honestly, I'd be satisfied gaining a 1/2" in girth on round 1 with not having my penis look like one of those worms Ursula turned the Mermaids into in Disney's Little Mermaid.

Ok, guys. I'm on day 6 and it seems most of the swelling is gone. I had Dr. C prioritize girth and was injected with 13x30% and 7x10% PMMA. My shaft is and has always been the same measurement from the glands to the base. I'm sitting at 5.50" erect girth on day 6 right now - up from 5.25" erect girth on day 4, so hopefully I will stay at 5.50," but I'll probably lose a little bit of that over the next few months like most guys here. I'll be a little disappointed if I don't end up with at least a .50" gain. But regardless, going from a snug-fit condom to a Magnum after round 1 has me feeling pretty good. I have a few pointers:

Bring a pair of sunglasses and ear pods to the appointment. You'll want to zone out while you are on the table and one of their ceiling lights points directly in your face and it is super bright.

Get a noose style all day Zen Hanger! It allows you to keep your unit stretched while you are sitting and laying down, which is imperative to the finished look of your penis. You don't want it to retract at all during the first 72 hrs.

I didn't move the PMMA around nearly at all, because I couldn't feel the PMMA due to the swelling. However, I made sure I had an erection every 2-3 hrs, besides when I slept for 6 hrs, and feel that this helped prevent any deformities. My unit looks really nature with no nodules. I masturbated/edged to erection with Bactine Max (get 2-3 bottles). When I wrapped it for the night I used an anti-bacterial cream under the wrap to prevent infection. I did not take the antibiotics and it worked out great.

Also, my unit oozed a ton, like a shot glass full of fluid, from the right side for the first 35 hrs or so. This was not PMMA, but body fluid. Let that ooze. I didn't get any nodules.

My travel, I rented a car and left the day after the procedure, was nothing short of a nightmare. I recommend taking the shuttle service to the Tijuana hotel the day before your procedure and do the 72 hrs in the hotel, then the next day shuttle to the airport and fly out while using your Zen Hanger. You can remove it going through TSA and stick it in your carry on, then put it back on for the flight once you're through security. I spent 12 hrs traveling with a swollen, red, leaking penis and trust me it was as nightmarish as it sounds. Do yourself a favor, especially for round 1 and listen to the advice above. I wish I had traveled on day 4 as my unit was much much better by then.

I had issues taking pictures pre-op, because of my travel nightmare, but you can see how I used the Zen Hanger and wrapped it post-op. I'll take a, "finished product" picture in a few weeks and upload it, so you can see how natural it looks. If you're on the fence about getting it done don't be. Just do it, you'll be happy with the gains.

You were right Justn8! I went ahead and let her know, as I figured it would be hard to keep it from her when I got back into town, and she couldn't wait to hop on it. Our first time post-op she lasted a whole 3 minutes. She said before PMMA she could feel "pressure" along her inner walls when I entered, but then it would go away after she got really into it and now she fills full the entire time we are doing it. I'm now sitting at 5.5" up from 4.75" and I'll probably go for round 2 if my gains go below that. For my wife and I 5.5" is a good place to be; she said if it was any bigger it would start to feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, I think a good way to determine where you should be is the pressure on your partners walls after she gets warmed up. If you are feeling pressure and she's feeling pressure, then you're good to go. If it feels really wet and you feel tiny with no pressure, then another round is needed. None-the-less I went from needing a snug fit condom to a Magnum XL overnight, so I can't complain!

I'm on day 15 post round 1 and I have a few issues.

The first issue is around my circ scar; the texture has almost become "grainy."

The second issue is around my base; I have a two areas that are lumpy. The area around the base of my penis was so swollen and sore than I am just now able to feel around there and start to massage it. Massaging the lumps don't help at all and I'm unable to manipulate the PMMA unfortunately.

Right at the top of the base of my penis is a lumpy area that feels like there are two pea's in there; it's sitting right where my ligament is and the lumps are quite uncomfortable to massage. The other "lump" is on at the base of my penis on the right side and feels more like a PMMA ledge. Best way I can describe it is it's where the PMMA stops and my original penis begins. My wife can feel it during intercourse, so I'm going to have to have both areas addressed.

Right now, I'm sitting at 5.5" base and 5.7" mid shaft, which is a great size for my wife and I, so I'm thinking I'm going to go in for a "touch up session" to get the lumps and grainy section dealt with. What's crazy is these just recently came up. Everything felt fine on day 10 and then all of the sudden these issues were there and I can't manipulate the PMMA any longer even with heat, so it looks like I'm going back to Dr. C to smooth these areas out.

The severe soreness and swelling in the base is the lidocaine. I've had two procedures now and the soreness from the lidocaine seems to always last a few weeks or more, but it will go away so you can manipulate more.

For the lumps, I believe you can still work to manage them. There is a balancing act of enough thorough massage to be effective versus over-manipulating and injuring yourself. Take a hot bath for 10-15 minutes, keep the house warmer than usual (helps with reducing retraction), and when you get out of the bath lay your penis on your bathroom countertop. Use a vitamin bottle like your vitamin A or vitamin C bottle to roll out the lumps. I've done this and it works really well, but you have to be consistent and diligent. And you have to roll through the discomfort, unfortunately.

Constantly where the ball noose or a stretcher during the day. That should help as well.
I'd personally go back for a touch up if your happy with the size. They should be able to sort you out. Plus, sounds like you might want/need a bit more in the base for symmetry.

I'm not sure what you mean by "grainy" in the circ scar. Got any pics to show?

Thanks for the reply. It feels pitted and lumpy on the circ scar itself. I'll try and post some pics as soon as I can. How long were you able to manipulate your PMMA? Are you rolling the entire penis like you would when making pizza dough? For example, I should lay my penis on the counter top and roll the whole thing out? The good thing is I'm sitting at 5.7" up from 4.7." My wife did say she can definitely feel the tiny lumps where my circ scar is and the "ledge" at the base when she strokes it, but when it's inside she can't tell. To be honest, i'd be very self conscious of my penis right now if I weren't married and anyone thinking about getting just one round may want to reconsider. Not to say that other guys' PMMA procedure will turn out like mine, but there is no way I can leave the issues as is. They really aren't that bad, but the whole unit is definitely not smooth, which is what I was hoping for.

You went to Rejuvall, right? How many days post procedure are you now?

Here's an update at 5 weeks. I have hard nodules around the circ scar that aren't going away. I've heated them, massaged them, and rolled them like there's no tomorrow since they showed up on day 11 to no avail. My wife can feel them when she gives me a hand job and says they feel like bone fragments around my penis when Erect. Also, the pea size hard lump at the base of my penis is still there and no amount of pushing on it, heating it up, massaging it, etc., made it go away. My wife said she can't feel the pea sized lump during sex due to it's location. Also, the "cliff" on the right side, at the base, is very noticeable to my wife; it's where the PMMA stops and the original penis begins near the bottom. The PMMA wasn't implanted far enough down, so when I'm having sex the ridge goes in and out of my wife's vagina and she has commented on it feeling unnatural. I'm hoping to get all of these fixed by going back for a touch up. I'm not going to go in for a full round again as I don't want it to get worse. My next appointment will be to correct all of the problems associated with round 1 and I'm hoping that I can get a natural feel to my penis again. I'm glad I'm married, because if I wasn't there would be no way I would let a woman touch my penis. Best of luck to you guys.
