TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA Results 12/05/22 (photos)

Yeah, and that's the thing - everyone varies. I don't think you need Skeptical One to tell you that. I would just trust the process at this point, take your supplements, and do some light pumping. But before you do, double check how much pressure you should apply, how often, and the amount of time. I know Texas (sorry, forgot his screen name) really vouches for frequently applying heat pads followed by massaging, but I also know he said that this was most crucial immediately at the onset of post injections. If you're like me, do some searching on here to hopefully find some solid advice and to put your mind at ease. I would also say, although I haven't done it yet but will next year, most people report around .5 Inch permanent PMMA gains from one round. So just keep that in mind and don't see it as a money issue, especially with Avanti. Most of the folks I've read on here, especially the dozens of folks on here in the last year or so, are mostly really happy with their gains. And it sounds like you're set to follow-up with a second round, so there's that too. Wishing you more gains bro! p.s. - get rest, drink tons of water, do some light exercising, and continue Hanging.

Really appreciate the great response buddy. You're right about all of that. In your research (I've been searching the same) is there any consistency or expectations for round 2 vs round 1 or is it always kind of random?

Day 15....

Back to 5.5" mseg this morning. Here's how I look now. Clearly I need a touch-up which is fine. Just hoping to hold 5.5 or 5.25 at a bare minimum as this would have me setup to be possibly done after Round 2.

Anyone have experience getting PMMA in the "shelf" area above the circ scar?

It's looking good bro. I know that most guys on here with the circ scar were told by Docs that they won't be able to add any filler on here. There's one guy on here (I think DickWhitman) and he was able to get over the 6 Inch mark with the circ scar and it kind of "even'd out" after some touch ups. I am going to have this same issue - my circ scar is low and loose like yours and not high and tight like Avanti recommends. I don't think there's much they could do to that area. I think it would make for a great topic on here, as I was initially worried mines would look unnatural after hitting my goal of passing 6in circumference too. I'm not sure what it takes on here to push for that topic. I posted a pic of mines a few months back but no one really cared to respond to it. sad lol. But anyways, the best point of contact at this point would be Ian from Avanti to walk you through it! If you learn of anything, please let me know!

You probably shouldn't pinch them like that. You just do more damage and prolong healing.

Avanti recommends low and tight, not high and tight. High is a cut more towards the stomach. Because when you're looking at a penis Hanging down Flaccid the "up" direction or "high" is towards the sky. However, a tight cut wouldn't help you get filler there. Looser skin would help.

Day 27... Happy New Year!

Tomorrow will be exactly 4 weeks since my procedure. Sex has been great and there are no new issues to report. I'm still holding 5.5" mseg although I'm not sure if any of that is "PMMA pump" since we are very sexually active, plus I'm still Hanging and whatnot stressing the penis so it's possible I'm "only" 5.25 with a consistent 0.25" pump keeping me at 5.5. I'll know this week for sure since I'll be going out of town and my Dick will get a lot of rest and I'll measure again after my Dick has gotten a break.

I will say my BPEL after Hanging today was 6.75"... an entire .75" increase since Avanti. Again I think I'm getting a combo of newbie gains + recovering lost length that I've always had. Before stretching today my BPEL was 6 5/8" so that's still 1/8" more than my last length update. It's also 1/8" more than I've ever had in my life. I'm currently Hanging with 2.5lbs and have been adding 1/4lb a week, every Monday.

Having trouble pumping though. The Bathmate is turning my Dick purple with minimal time and pressure. My Dick is darker for days. Not sure what's going on but I get the impression that pumping may be off the table for me now for whatever reason.

Still very bothered by the Nodule on the top of my shaft just under the glans on the right side. I need to get that addressed but otherwise still happy and planning to return in February 2023.

What do you use for Hanging? Something I'd like to get into

Interesting with the erection after the 4 hours in the bandage - i had same thoughts -
i also was thinking of taking cialis,

I think they told me after the procedure to get a certain skin-desinfect spray from pharmacy after the procedure (I am now thinking I guess I should get that before the procedure this time)

Stretching and preventing retraction - 3 days or 30:
- is it only for the first 3 days mainly (I think after 3 days pmma is set and cannot be moved again) -> I am pretty sure this is the time to take care of retraction and not the 30 days
- or first 30 days (there was day 21 where penis lost size compared to day 10, and regained size on day 30; so I guess on day 30 collagen procedure is complete)


Regarding some questions you asked in thread:
Last time timeline: day 3 (day 1 being procedure) the penis is the biggest, with biggest swelling and biggest redness,
day 4 glans swelling, day 9 redness gone and swelling under glans mostly gone, day 21 less big suddenly, day 30 size that will stay

Time for sex when you can't even manipulate anything anymore with strong force:
I guess it's just being cautious.
There were changes in my penis after- eg in first 4 weeks or something i had pain at one place, which was disturbing me, but then it thankfully went away.

5cc touchup: normal round is about 20cc, so i guess 5cc would be 1/4th of the gains


Questions for Skeptical One:
Punch-excision done at Avanti Derma to correct little grain-sized nodules on penis:
I am interested what the procedure is, what they essentially do. And they do that before the new procedure, or after? I am having procedure on monday and staying there till friday..
I think the entry nodules from last time were deleted by the last round automatically, but then the ones from the last round appeared at some point, i think only perhaps a week after when swelling really was gone.
My grain-sized entry nodules don't bother me much. And now it made me think about punch-excision.
I have one 'biggest' one (not big) entry nodule, and it hurt for weeks till it thankfully stopped hurting.

I have inside-nodules all over the place -> i don't see them really on the outside,
just pinching my flaccid dick in many places i can feel these 'hard balls' super-distinctly.
Good thing when i grab flaccid dick with whole hand and press i hardly hardly feel anything, just with 2 fingers pinching it's extremely obvious - thankfully no girl ever did that.

Many nodules are not in parts of penis where i plan to add stuff i a week.

I'm using the Zen Hanger, since it was the cheapest. I bought the noose for $25 and some silicone sleeves for another $20 or so. I'm using my own weights and hooks I had at home. Was simply the cheapest option.

I wanted to update to say that I tried the bathmate again last night, and I went really slow and easy.... Going for 5 sets of 3 minutes instead of the 3 sets of 5 minutes I was doing. This worked well. I still got a little purple, but definitely not bruised and when I woke up today I was totally healed so I simply needed to reduce stress in there.

The results? I got a pump up to 6.25" mseg that lasted a solid 2 hours. This morning I'm still holding 5.75" on morning wood, so there's 0.25" gains that's Hanging over through the night. We had sex with the 6.25" pump and she liked it a lot. Starting to wonder if my woman has a loose pussy haha because we got her nice and wet but even 6.25" slid right in. The problem was that her wetness doesn't last as long the bigger I get... Lube is eventually needed at these bigger sizes when prior to my procedure lube was never needed at all. And she gets sopping wet to start off, but it doesn't "last" as long. The bigger size just uses it up or brings more out into the air. I don't know.

So now I'm thinking when I go back... I'll just get another full round and try to get up to 6 or 6.25 and for sure call it quits there.

I've got the ADS zen Hanger but have just been using the weighted ball provided by Avanti. I went ahead and ordered the weights from Zen and will start using that in conjunction with the ADS.

I definitely relate when you're talking about the initial wetness and how it doesn't last long. I'd never experienced that until I got the procedure done. Also when I first started using it on my girl at 5.8"MEG she was very vocal where as now after about two weeks of frequent sex she's going back to not being as vocal. I imagine her vagina is just getting used to it and my new size doesn't have the impact it did initially, but who knows

Day 29....

Still holding 5.5 mseg. I scheduled my second appointment today with Avanti for Feb 20th at 3:30pm. I plan to fly in and get the procedure the same day just like last time, but this time I'll be leaving the next day after my follow up with Ian and light treatment. I'm going to utilize that first night at the hotel to make any adjustments I can, then go home. I'm pretty confident you can't adjust this stuff much after the first 12 hours (maybe less) so this time I'll be prepared for intense massaging early on with Cialis to get an earlier Erection to gauge the results.

Going to ask for aesthetic touch-ups especially below the glans and around the base where I'm smaller than the rest. After that, I'm asking for whatever CCs are left to go to more Girth.

Being at 5.5 I hope to get .5 to .75 more gains and be done. If the aesthetics come out good I'll be done otherwise I'll make a round 3 touch-up session some time down the line.

The Nodule that's been bothering me is possibly going away. Certainly still there but not nearly as pronounced. Curious thing. Everything is going in the right direction though and I'm still very happy.

Avanti doesn't have updated pricing (yet) for 2023 so the old brochure is still good for now FYI.
