Consultation went great so I booked the surgery and began the long waiting game. Others have mentioned that the clinic can be hard to reach and they struggle to book appointments. They’re not wrong and I experienced the same. I booked for the mega maxl plus with pubic pad reduction and widening with the fat extracted from the Lippo. Pre Surgery pictures attached. The staff were amazing and honestly the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. No bullshit, very professional and amazingly reassuring. First they talked through the entire procedure, then I was taken to the preop room where they have me a relaxant as I was having a mini panic attack. Once I’d calmed they took me in for the epidural (I don’t remember any of this) and then I woke up having had the surgery completed. My testicals have swollen up to 4 times their normal size, no change in colour thankfully. Spoke to the doctor and they said it’s normal, just a build up of fluid from the Lippo and the surgery. Thankfully my wife was able to stay with me and look after me for the first week. I’ve basically been bed bound and drugged up for the last 5 days. Excited to get the bandages off tomorrow and have a proper wash. First 5 days just bed rest, hand sponge bath and manual stretching 3-4 times a day for 30 seconds. I’m super happy with the result just can’t wait till in healed and no longer in pain. I know it’s a long process and just the start of my size journey. going to have to stretch for at least 6 month but will likely go for 24 months for maximum results. Can’t have sex for 4-8 weeks, at the moment even errections hurt so not in a major rush to test it out just yet! To small incisions on each side of my penis and one massive one from the base of my penis going up about 2 inches. The main one is still oozing a little at the base. Main concern at the moment is a bump at the top of the scar which I’m hoping does heal as a bump! Got a shower which was amazing having not properly washed in a week and then covered the main cuts with plasters so as not to pull out the stitches whilst I sleep. Using the stretcher the clinic provided and a very light tension for 8 hours today so help with not getting any shrinkage. Errection hurt like hell, thankfully I’ve not been taking my TRT since the week before the surgery so they’re not than often (this was intentional). Once the healing has finished and I’m in less pain I’ll add more images for sure. It was just fat, I like the idea of filler but given it’s not permanent I don’t want to get reinjected every 3-6 years. If once healed I’m not happy with the width then I’ll likely go back for further fat transfer. Hoping to get minimal negatives associated with fat transfer but let’s see. Today the most painful think is still the Balls swelling which are insanely big due to fluid retention. Had another Epsom bath salt bath today and moved onto tramadol a lowe strength painkiller. Still a mix of manual stretching and light stretch with the device given. Dr wants me to start taking low dose Cialis in a few days ones my errections are less painful to help with fat retention. No major updates today, still stretching with a light load. Balls have reduced in size a lot. Majority of the pain is coming from the incision sites now. Still painful to walk and move around (because of this pain). Word of advice for anyone that ungoes this surgery or any other. Sleep on your back and if you can’t (like me) learn too. My trick to force myself as to put one pillow under each arm to stop me rolling over and one under my legs. Like this your wedged in place and can’t really move. Melatonin also helps to make you more drowsy! Was much happier when it was swollen and massive, but now 90% of the swelling has gone I’m still happy with the results, although fairly sure I’ll look at further Girth increases. I also still plan to stick you a minimum 2 year long term stretching program, along with bathmate pumping. Will measure and upload new photos tomorrow! Started as just a small seeping from the wound and has turned into a steady stream of blood. Slowed now some what but not great. Today is however the first day that I haven’t required pain medication which is a positive step. When I had Circumcision the Bleeding wouldn’t stop as well, but the bleedstop power slowed it down and healed nicely. I did. Mine scar line / incision area leaked a lot and then I had 2 stitches pop. I controlled easily with bleedstop and lots of paper tape and medical tape. I alternated these for different reasons. you can pack the wound as well, I should have but for some reason did not remember this option.
