I’m thinking of doing the glans again but I’m just desperate maybe. I also don't understand why the suction would be any different than lg Hanger and that hasn't increased my head size. It settles down after about an hour. Not sure if there is any gain - but my glans are definitely larger after Hanging. Check out pumptoys.com glans expander. Its a entire unit device, but you custom set the size. So you can do slightly wider than your shaft, then set the glans accordingly. I have one. Def works.
