Done quite a bit of PE myself with mixed results through pumping Clamping and stretching. Honestly, that shit is such a process and hard to keep up with consistently. The most results I've gotten was from Clamping but I couldn't help but look at my Dick while clamped and think I was doing something quite barbaric. Anyway, I have been thinking about getting filler for quite some time now and finally ready to pull the trigger. I set up my appointment last week and will be going in tomorrow. Timing couldn't be better for me. I am single (divorced for several months), been dating, work from home (aftercare shouldn't be an issue), and I can afford to do it. I've read countless pages on here and recently created this account so I could see before and after photos. This is a really great community and I'd like to contribute in some small way. I have done my homework and feel HA is a good starting point for me. I intend to get at least 10 syringes of Voluma tomorrow. Possibly 12-15 depending on the doc's input and how it looks after 10. I've watched other docs perform this on YouTube and some say they don't go higher than 6 syringes on the first visit, and inevitably you will need to go back in for a touch up to even out divots and bumps. I am sincerely hoping I can skate by with 1 visit to Shafer. It may be an unrealistic expectation but we'll see! My starting stats are: Erect 6.25" EL 5.5" Base EG 4.75" Mid Shaft EG 4.5" EG under Glans Flaccid 3.5-4" FL 4" FG I will upload before and after pics once I am comfortable taking off the wrap. Just finished up about an hour ago. The procedure itself took maybe 20 minutes and I felt no sensation whatsoever after I was numbed. I enjoyed meeting with him as well, he was easy to talk to and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. I’ll have to see how everything settles over the next 5-8 days and decide if I want more. My Flaccid is about an Inch longer and.5" thicker. I got semi-Erect to do some massage and was blown away by how much thicker it feels. My pre-HA mid-shaft fully Erect Girth was between 4.75-5" but now semi-Erect it is 5.25". It may not sound like much but it feels so different and hefty in my hand. I know from reading a ton on here that I may go through days of swelling and have psychological ups and downs. I have realistic expectations, but given the initial look I really hope I keep it. I can't wait to get a full Erection and see what the Girth is. I don't seem to have much swelling or bruising so hopefully I can feel comfy to do that tomorrow. One thing that kinda bugged me is Shafer wasn't very thorough with after care tasks. In general, I was told to keep the wrap one for 4-5 days, taking it off only to massage out irregularities and for showering. He said the product should 'set' in 5 days and no sex or masturbation for around 7-10 days. He said 20-30% comes back for injections to fix any issues or just to get bigger. Yes, I got 10 syringes of Voluma. I am a few days away from the HA setting into position so the final outcome is not yet known. It is supposed to last up to 18 months but will decay over time before fully gone. Below are pics from this morning. I woke up and my Dick was retracted a bit and it looked crooked AF. I hopped in a warm tub and was able to massage everything back into some sort of normalcy. It is still at 5.5" Girth mid-shaft but I still can't fully get hard yet. The tub pic is half Erect. If you look at the stretched pic you can see the left side of my Dick has more filler than the right. It was like that yesterday as well. I have done a lot of massaging to try and even it out but it's not budging too much. Honestly though that is fine with me because I kinda like the uneven bloated look. I can see myself getting another 5-8 syringes in a month or so because 1. I love the feel of the new size and 2. to even out the look a bit. I am roughly 2 weeks out from the initial 10 ML of Voluma and I am headed back to get at least 5 ML more. Overall I am extremely happy with the flaccid hang and very happy with the erect girth. I went from 4.75 MSEG to 5.5 MSEG. The girth gain is crazy noticeable in hand. I had the opportunity to use it with a new partner recently who had no knowledge of my previous size this past weekend and she loved it. She even commented in bed after that her sister told her she should find a short guy with a big cock, and was glad she found me! Not sure when that will go away. It has been manageable but seems like it should feel fine by now. I notice it the most when I am flaccid and walking around the house in boxers as it sways back and forth. The other downside is you can see in the erect photo that the Voluma didn't settle in an ideal manner. From mid girth up on the left side is where you can see it flares out. I'd like to even that out on the right side and have a more gradual smooth appearance coming up from the base if possible. BTW I am wondering why I have read so much and seen videos about HA migrating to the base... I just let my dick hang all day every day. I have very similar stats outside of probably not being as ideal due to glans being smaller. I was concerned personally about the circ puffiness and luckily it appears you didn’t have that issue at all and also no ridge issue in that area. Flaccid looks great and that would be a massive boost for me as well. I do see how it looks like he focused on the mid shaft more than the base? Did you notice that during the procedure and did he comment that was his goal? You mentioned the product was hard to mold, was that immediately after and with trying multiple times a day? I’m just curious if I could make one session work and not need a touch up if I took a solid 3-4 days to just focus on keeping it as ideally molded as possible. I think he did a great job in terms of the next touch up coming out looking really natural and having good base in place. He just did his work. Not complaining about it since the aftercare is on me to mold it. I wouldn’t say it is hard to mold but there issues like sleeping and how you may move throughout the night, and the way you wrap it. For me specifically, the first two days after round 1 my Dick kept retracting so it was a constant battle to keep it stretched even in a wrap (I can get pretty small when fully retracted). It is an alarming site to see your Dick try to turtle after the voluma was just recently applied. I’d say it took 2 solid days for it to stop trying to retract. Perhaps If it didn’t retract at all then I would have a more even appearance. There are some bumps in the photo that you can’t see without a side angle photo, and you can certainly feel them with your hand, but not a huge deal. You have to get Erect to see the irregularities post-procedure because in the Flaccid state you can’t really see any issues. It can be a sensitive and slightly painful process to get Erect and roll your Dick between your palms, but that’s life. I did the best I could the days after round 1 (I work from home so I could dedicate days to it) but still as you see there are issues despite best efforts. You may get a great result, who knows, but from what I’ve read most people who care to fix irregularities will get a second round. It sounds like you really want to do this. Got 5 more syringes of Voluma. I can say I felt more “pokes” during the procedure and felt sore an hour or two after, but I am 7 hours removed from round 2 and all is good. I still have the wrap on and intend to update with a photo in the morning after a shower. Details - the Erect pic I showed in my last post outlined the fact that the Voluma has migrated towards the left side. Also not seen is the side view where there were bumps and divots. I blame this on my constant retraction 2 days following round 1. I discussed this with Dr. Shafer and he agreed that consistent retraction can deform the Voluma. After those two days and going into round 2 though I don’t retract anymore. It just hangs. I showed a picture of where the irregularities were and he went to work. He showed me the finished product and I was very happy. We seemed to agree that this time around the gaps bumps and divots would be smoothed out given my low Hanging state with no retraction. I will plan to wear the wrap more consistently for at least 3 days as well. We’ll see how it goes! He said it’s likely the injection point for numbing since it has contains a lot of nerves and healing can vary. I didn’t feel like it was a skin stretching thing like you said. Below are the photos 24 hours after. There has been mild discomfort no bruising. I am thrilled with the result! In the stretched pic you can see how evened out it all looks now. There are no more lumps or divots. Also, the right side is now in line with the left side mid-shaft. I have not taken measurements yet but this thing is heavy! I know I am just 24 hours out from doing round 2 but the results are very promising so far. One thing I am doing different this time around is how I wrap it. In round 1 I used a tubi with some self adhering surgical cloth. The downside to that was the imprint of the tubi pattern (small checkers) would press into the Voluma which made me massage it out very often which could have aided in the lopsided look after round 1. Now however, I am using a piece of Theraband that I cut and and wrapping the self adhering cloth over it. The difference between the two ways to wrap has been night and day. I slept with the Theraband on last night and woke up to a perfectly smooth cylindrical Dick. I am aware the Theraband is not great for ventilation, but I haven't had any issues yet.
