TOPIC: 12 cc Ellanse L w/ Dr. C in Tijuana

Hi all, just got 12 cc of Ellanse L w/ Dr. C in Tijuana about 48 hours ago. Using the stretcher during all waking hours and massaging/rolling at least 1 time every 2 hours. Here are my starting stats:

EG (base): 4.5 in
EG (@ circ scar): 5 in
EL (non-bone pressed): 6-6.25 in

I'm a Grower, not a shower, and have light to moderate retraction (def temp dependent). My goal was to get the base Girth consistent with the rest and then add some to total Girth (so a little extra added to base).

I definitely want to avoid the "pig in a blanket" effect hence the stretcher being used in an upright position so hopefully the product settles lower towards the base instead of stretching to my thighs where it tends to follow gravity towards the glans. I'm rolling pretty firmly from the glans to base and making sure (or hoping) no product settles above circ scar line.

For those of you out there that have had Ellanse, do you have any other tips on how to avoid the "pig in a blanket"? How long did it take for the product to settle? Dr. C said achieving a Girth of 6" was possible, but judging from others progress reports after similar (but not exact) amounts of Ellanse, I'm expecting about a .5" increase, maybe more at base since I'm massaging the product there. Any tips would be much appreciated!

Congratulations. How was the process for you getting into Mexico? I’m due to go at the end of the month. Are you staying at the Grand hotel? If so do they have microwaves in the room to heat up gel packs for massaging? Do you feel that the extender or device they provide is adequate for keeping you stretched out?

IMO: your penis should be anything but upright after a procedure, Ellanse WILL move! So keep it pointed down and roll and form often. And fyi, to all reading I did personally tested this theory on my last go round with Dr Carney, after generating some theories from the first two rounds.

The Pig in the Blanket look happens more due to the size of your glans. No real changing that. Whether or not you keep getting procedures is up to you and whether you want a bigger shaft.

Swelling: the swelling is always the worst on the first round. I dont even remember my healing time, but its all in my posts. Bruising maybe a week ish. After bruising is gone your going to be noticeably swollen for a another week or so. Then after that, some people will have some lingering swelling for a bit longer. every person is different.

you most likely lost a bit of product into your body cavity, it happens. good thing you got 12cc. keep that bastard pointed down in future to retain the most.

Getting to 6". thats all up to you. each time you get a little bigger you technically will need a tad more product to get the same Girth result. You first round will indicate YOUR most likely results going forward. see where you are 3mo after the procedure. so if you gained .5 or .6 from 12cc. then it should stand to reason that you will get pretty close to that the next time. Also, you'll keep it stretched downward next and probably retain more product.

Tips on my massage techniques and methods are in my posts. And Chesters and few other guys as well. My favorite is super hot hand towels and hand rolling almost every damn hour.

Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback guys. I was doing a rotation of stretching from left thigh, right thigh, then the product kept going to my circ scar and I rotated in stretching upright. Waking every 2 hours (at most) to massage and reposition. Right now, I'm more concerned about aesthetics than size, so if I don't get the optimal Girth this round then I'm 100% OK with that. If all goes well I don't plan on any additional rounds.

Right now I'm at about the 122 hour mark and most of the bruising is gone and everything is looking good/symmetrical. I'm taking the flomax and using the stretcher pretty much all the time, taking a bit of NSAID every day to help swelling.

I did notice that my Erection quality was about 50%-60%, did this happen to you all as well? How long did it take for you to get back to 90%-100% Erection quality? I used to stand straight up, but that's not really happening right now and I'm hoping its temporary

Regarding Erection quality did you also get the PRP done with the Ellanse? Supposedly in general it improves EQ, I don’t have first hand experience with it. I do plan I’m having Avanti do it along with my procedure next week.

@H0peful I did the medical shuttle and I think that was a good call, no border checks coming to Mexico but there's one going out, took 1-1.5 hours even in the medical lane. I don't recall microwaves in the rooms at the Grand. I like the extender they gave with one caveat; make sure the tip never twists or it'll make creases in your junk that you gotta work out immediately. Having a swivel top would be better and you might find a little medal device that does this before you go. Good luck man

I dont mind keeping the penis pointing upwards to avoid the product drifting down. Especially if you are a Grower I think shrinkage pushes the product down the shaft. I definitely like guys to try using an alpha blocker if the have shrinkage. Not a guarantee but worth trying. The "Texas" post injection protocol is probably the most comprehensive and seeing as this is a very long term treatment it is worth putting in some effort. But getting guys to do that is surprisingly difficult.

So I'm at day 9 right now, aesthetics look great, can't tell anything was done and I'm also very close to my original size w/ more flaccid hang. However, I am getting low level pain in the base of my shaft and occasional testicular pain, it seems to be dependent on how I'm sitting/standing. Usually readjusting how I'm sitting or standing makes it go away completely. The little pains started about day 7 or 8. Not sure if its the product settling in my ball sack (which is hanging lower) or if its the last of the inflammation wearing off and irritating some nerves in the area. I was stretching all day every day leading up to day 7 and decided to give myself a break to let myself heal since I was feeling a bit of pain. I'm sure the added weight of the product plus the pull of the stretcher put quite a bit of stress on the base of my shaft, which was also the thinnest part starting out. I wore supportive boxer briefs today and it helped, so I'm hoping my junk just needs support and TLC to heal up.

Have any other members here experienced the same thing? I'm taking 200-400 mg NSAID daily and .4 mg Tamosulin daily

Also I've had migration down to base of penis and it's created a lump on top of scrotal sack any tips to push it back into shaft.

I dont know quite what's going on but assume you are correct. Usually if you are doing something causing pain then back off. Keep us updated.

Maybe Avanti should advise their wait period. If it is not constricting where the product was injected then not too much of a worry.

Product into the scrotum is a nuisance. Try and get onto it now and massage as firm as it takes to get it back up. Try rollers, pressure what ever.

So far, I've had a bad experience with Ellanse L. I'm 13 days out. I followed aftercare and have a cosmetic bump on the right side of my shaft, but that doesn't really bother me. What does bother me is that some of the product migrated down to my scrotum and possibly lower into my gooch area. When sitting up tall in my computer chair or when my wife cuddles on top of me on the couch and has any pressure on my penis or scrotum (even with a pillow between), I start to get a dull ache at the top of my gooch where it meets my scrotum (think internal base of my shaft). Every now and then it's accompanied by dull testicular pain. Also, my pee stream isn't as strong when I "flex" my pelvic floor, although my stream is fairly normal at the normal rate. I've reached out to Dr. Morganstern for a phone consult in case these complications don't subside. I know there's users on this forum that have had great results with this product, but I cannot recommend Ellanse to anyone at this point. I got Ellanse L and right now, those 3 years can't pass fast enough. I'm worried that the product migrated it's way to my prostate, but I got my fingers crossed that it didn't. Worrying about my health has far outweighed any Girth benefit ATM, so my opinion is to stay away from Ellanse. If you just got it, do everything you can to keep it from leaving your penis. I don't mean to scare or be a fear mongerer, but this is a forum for us to share our experiences and help out others seeking informed decisions.

As I write this sitting on my front porch, I feel totally fine and normal, but I know that dull ache and pain can pop up and I'm trying to do everything to keep from triggering it. Wish me luck guys

Go easy bro. Your are still healing. I had stuff migrate to my ball sack and into my body. it happens. i was sore for around 2 weeks. The first round is always the scariest as well as the most painful.
Obviously as you write this, you are scared and worried , and thats normal. But you are in fact still healing. My shit stayed discolored for 2 weeks + on the first round and slightly swollen even longer. My sack was enlarged around the same.
You had someone poke around inside you Cock man, its bound to be sore in places.

Just calm down. Keep a journal of your feelings, take pictures and track things. You should find that things do actually get better .
