TOPIC: VY plasty in Riga (Photos Inside)

Because of coronavirus my surgery has been postponed. However i have included a before pic. My penis is EL 4.8 FL 2.5. EG 5.5 FG 4

I will be also getting public liposuction as well.

Do lipo but no vy. Scar is a drawback.

5.5 Erect Girth? Shouldnt have to do much for that. Your Girth is bigger than your length. That is quite uncommon!

Your pubic hair is quite sparse and your skin is quite dark. I think that combination will result in a noticeable scar. Having a bit more Flaccid length it isn't worth the trade off, as it will be obvious you've had surgery. I really don't think you should do this surgery. Your penis is fine as it is, but if you want more length, focus on using an extender. Save up some more money and if, in a year from now, you still want a lig cut, travel outside of Latvia and find a surgeon who doesn't use the V/Y incision.

I was under the impression that having darker skin would be better to hide the scars? Maybe im wrong.

Here is a photo one of our members posted, of his V/Y incision, after it has healed. It's very apparent, but even so it's still much better than either mine or Messagemans scar. With pubic hair as sparse as yours, even when it's fully grown, the scar will still be clearly visible. Dr's are rarely clear about what to expect from scarring and usually only show their best results. This really isn't a "bad" V/Y result, as from what I've seen and experienced, it's pretty standard. You might get lucky and it be barely visible, or at the other end of the spectrum, you could end up like me, with what appeared to be a huge red tumor growing in my groin. But most likely, you'll end up with something like this, which, in my opinion, isn't worth the trade off for a bit of extra flaccid length.

Pale skin tends to scar better than darker skin.

Hey guys. So i ended up doing my VY plasty with pubic liposuction. It was my first time on general anaesthesia. Just recovering at the moment and will update and take pictures of the results.

Doctor told me there was significant improvement of 6cm - 14cm.

I currently have a drainage attached to me. The pain is very minimal. I was slightly dizzy when i awoke from general anaesthsia however not a big issue. I was told i should stay overnight because the drainage would be removed tomorrow.

Staff r nice and helpful, only issue is english is a struggle however its rlly not that big of a deal.

I was worried abt injection of anaesthetic bc im kinda afraid of needles but it was painless. So far I am ok with everything.

In terms of the significant gains the doctor told me i am skeptical atm. I will wait and see for myself and take my own measurement and will see. I try to be realistic abt my expectations.

In terms of scarring my doctor told me there was nondissolving Sutures in the outer layer which will have to be removes in a few weeks. The extend of the scarring will depend on my my body heals. That will take some time and will try to update u guys on that. I am aware some ppl here have had negative experiences with scarring. Also my skin tone is quite dark so will wait and see how my body reacts to the surgery.

Day 2
Pain has come a bit in the morning. However nurse does give me painkillers if i ask.

The food is pretty bad here but its not something that matters anyways. I didnt come here to eat.

I ended up staying overnight at the clinic as going back to my hotel would be dangerous with the drainage attached and the iv cannula attached.

Hoping the pain subsides andmy gain will be significant. Biggest concern now it to start me penis extender work to try to keep the gains I have. I will have to discuss that with the doctor.

Had my bandages removed. Some bandages were put over the scars and I was giveb some antiinflammatories and painkillers and antibiotics.

I was told no sexual intercourse or heavy exercise for two weeks.

Light stretching should start in 1 week follow by more stringer stretches in two weeks. My biggest concern is the ligament cut reattaching itself and losing all my gains.

He was able to remove 90?cc of fat via liposuction if i remember correctly.

There is swelling and a depression in my pubic area which should heal eventually I hope.

2nd say post surgery. Things r healing well. My pubic skin is quite dark and the scarring is not too visible atm.

Pain is very minimal. I am slightly concerned abt the sutured opening up as I sleep but that has not been an issue yet. Also unsure as to when I can start showering as I normally would.

Main issues I am concerned abt are, my penis reattaching and how soon I can start stretching. As I heard abt silicon insertions which prevents reattachment which i did not get. Mainly duento risk of infection and displacements etc.

Also the effect this will have on my Erection. I was aware that this procedure will change the angle of my Erection but too what degree is unknown at this point. In fact I am a little bit worried abt what my Erection would even look like. Will have to wait and see.

As i type this swelling has begun on the bottom shaft of penis. This is normal. Pain only occurs as I move around but the pain is minimal. Now i am just anxious to start stretching my penis and exercising but i need to be disciplined and not cause complications as my penis is recovering still.

Based off of my preliminary measurement, i have likely gained at least 2 inches in Flaccid length. So from 2.5 inches to 4.5 inches. In terms of my Erect length/BPEL/stretched length I dont know. In terms of whether there will be retraction and loss of gains over time I don’t know either. What I can say is there is a clear almost doubling initial improvement of Flaccid length. My half mast erections which i occasionally get seem to be at a lower angle. However this was a tradeoff I was willing to make.

Prior to the surgery I remember telling my doctor to err on the side of caution in terms of the deepness of the ligament cut. I was concerned of the side effect and had a very realistic view of what was possible to gain.

3rd day
There has been swelling and exercise and sex are definitely to be avoided. Also no extender work as it could remove the stitches, very dangerous. Being tentative as you move around is vital.

The whole Covid19 lockdown is quite useful at this moment as I cannot really do much anyways.

The pain is very very minimal. My pubic region is still hard and sensitive and there is a big depression in the middle of my pubis. How all this heals is up in the air at the moment.

Pubic area is sore especially when i move around but other than that its all ok. Just hoping my wound heal well. Trying to be as tentative as I can. Hoping the Sutures dont separate or become infected.
