TOPIC: Just made my appointment for Ellanse with Avanti Derma

Very excited as I just made my appointment for Ellanse with Avanti Derma on Jan 14th. I've been thinking about this my whole life and finally made the decision to go ahead with it. Hopefully looking for a 1 Inch Girth gain over two appointments. Will update as the time becomes closer!

I started out with the Hydromax pump for about 6 months and saw 0 gains except for the nice pump I would get afterward that was gone in 6 hours.

Switched to a Penimaster Pro in October. Started out with about 2 hours per day and ramped up to 8 hours after the first 2 weeks. I use it on average for 6 hours per day. Gained 3/8" EL first month and 1/4" second month. I know they are newbie gains but hoping to be a solid 6" by the time my appointment comes around.

I have also started BigAls squeezes this week. If I'm able to make any Girth gains before my appointment, it will make my goal so much more attainable. My current goal is 6.5" EL and 5.5" MSEG. Of course if I am able to hit that, I'd love to be 7"+ EL and 6" MSEG!

I know of Big Al, not sure what the squeeze thing is, but if its anything like Jelqing I'd skip it. Not worth potential injury. The Ellanse procedure will take care of the Girth!

Yeah. I'm flying from NY so I have a late appointment. I have a penimaster pro I was going to use in the hotel room (staying until friday) and then when I fly home I was going to use some sleeves that I have in order to make it stay elongated. I hope that will be enough for a 5 hour flight.

I do plan on heading to the plane bathroom for a quick massage/adjustment.

I'm a little concerned how TSA may view all the metal rods from the penimaster in my luggage. Planning on doing everything carry on as I hate waiting at the baggage claim!

Any other tips or tricks you have picked up from reading the forums?

Yes, I am. Dont want to mess around the first session. Happy that Ian will be around in case anything comes up to calm my nerves.

Dang, I’m only staying one night. I hope I don’t regret this decision. I’m doing this discreetly, don’t really have much choice.
But I have an extender, I’ll try that immediately after. I reached out to Chester to see what he recommended, as far as extenders go, he said to check out the stealth for men products, or the ESL 40 (he said they don’t make those anymore) I bought a couple of things from stealth though. Hopefully they are adequate. and i bought some weights that I’ll try...it’s a 2.5 hr flight for me, hopefully i won’t screw anything up. I’ve had voluma before and beltero. (Not that it matters).also, I purchased a 3 piece neck pillow, I plan on sleeping face down with my Cock and Balls inside of the pillow.lol. So it doesn’t get distorted in my sleep. Bad idea? Guess I’ll find out. HA

Sounds like you are pretty set up. I should try to find a pillow like you have. Dont know if I can sleep that way. Where did you get yours?

I did get a stealth but even after sizing it up .5 Inch it is still almost impossible and painful to put on. Plus it doesnt seem to extend very far. I guess better than nothing but I was expecting almost a full extension.

I'm just hoping that I can keep the penimaster on almost all the time for extension and that should be enough with the sleeves on when I sleep or have to go out for food.

I hear ya. My stealth hasn’t come in yet, I’m sure I’ll find the same issues you did. I just ordered the pillow thing off of amazon. Like you said, It will probably be difficult to sleep. Gonna give it a try though.
