Still have plans to go August 3rd. I know medical travel is allowed... my only nervous aspect is getting into TJ and then not being allowed back in the US via land on the return because I'm not a US citizen. It's hard to find a clear answer online how that's working now. With the case numbers in the US, I can't see restrictions changing too much between now and then... I also don't want to be stuck on a 2 week quarantine when I come back (I know guys traveling to the US now for work, so I guess if they're allowed in, I should be, and they're not being forced to quarantine if they have no symptoms).

Anyway, really looking forward to the session. I'm not concerned with a natural appearance, I just care about safety. I'll be asking for as much as they feel they can give me for gains from the base right to the circ scar.

Cool! Excellent that you're still planning on going. I don't know how they are handling these quarantines in Canada, but in the US they're a joke. They don't really have the capacity to check up on you -- I guess they are supposed to call you on the phone, but I have no idea what this would do as you could just say, "Yup, I'm home." It's my opinion that the design of these regulations is because they know that a significant percentage of people are going to follow them out of fear of being caught.

I have had zero serous issues with PMMA. Some aesthetic things I wasn't thrilled about but over all, especially Erect, I was happy. I just, of course, wanted more.

With the travel situation, number crunching and asking multiple people and practitioners I decided to stick the base PMMA I had and go down the HA filler route for the rest of my journey. Dr. Shawn Seit of Rejuuv Medi Spa in the greater Toronto area did it. I did meet with another last year. Although I'm sure he is very competent (they're friends/colleagues) I just got on with Shawn better. It didn't seem flashy and sales-y if that makes sense. He was realistic, conservative and genuine in the consult and even more so in person. He honestly reminded me in a lot of ways of Dr. C. He does have the service listed on his website but currently isn't promoting it or pushing it any sense yet.

Anyway. I received a small volume, 5 syringes of Revanesse Ultra. He prefers small amounts spread over multiple visits. He also could only do a bit at a time with me as adding over top of the PMMA is more arduous than a non filled patient. Once there is a base layer of HA additional fills will get easier.

Over time I can build additional size/volume and with the degradation period it will just be a matter of small top ups here and there. I won't dance around it or lie, I'm a bit more on the unnatural/fine with looking substantially enhanced end of things. I'm in a committed relationship and this route will allow me to explore that without being too extremely commited to it for life. Next session is being set up. Will update this with changes. Not bothering to measure anything until next week. The more intense bruising (which I was used to with PMMA fills) is due to him having to more aggressively make room.
