Why? Well, this goes back to my philosophy on Phalloplasty. I'm of the camp that believes elective cosmetic procedures should be applicable only to those in dire need of bodily modification (i.e. a super flat woman getting a boob job, etc.). Even then, I wish we could all love our bodies as they were given to us at birth. But societal expectations (even some that we may have invented in our own heads, i.e. the 8x6) brings us to where we are today.
This is even more true for Phalloplasty, because the methods are not anywhere as refined as the common boob & nose job. If you are entertaining the idea, I believe the risks are easier to assume & justify when you realm of 4" +/- for Girth and/or length.
For me, I'm thrilled. For a guy who once sported a 3.5" mid shaft Girth, I'm now approaching 5" and am starting to feel normal. I can't begin to put in words how this feels.
That said, I think satisfaction varies per person based on the context of their situation.

With my current health problems, having PMMA done adds another variable into the diagnostic equation that I am having a hard time dealing with.
As it's non-reversible, the fear factor is extremely high. For me at least.
I'm also dealing with inflammation that seems FBG related, so that on top of my H.pylori is making it hard for me to deal with. I've heard of other inflammation reports, and different impacts of the inflammation from some guy saying it could cause cancer long term, to people saying it will just go away... so no concrete solution is yet another variable.
I am not supposed to use my Mr Happy at all now (Dr orders) ... so even though I'm slightly bigger, the returns don't seem to be there for me...

a roumer I have heared about some clinics in china that changes DNA to be superhuman, stronger faster smarter. Wondering if through DNA engineering penis size can be changed in the future.

Dane, there is no doubt in my mind some doctors/scientists around the world can make the penis longer & thicker by doing it safely as you mentioned DNA engineering in China & Dr Atala using stem cells to grow organs on the lab...........thing is, why wont they let this great vision out for the rest of the world to enjoy.
We are in 2013 with technology rapidly growing in light speed.........its out there, let us have it you bastards!

13 years 5 months ago #1277105864Also things like by-pass surgeries etc cost $100,000+ in the US... The average penis enlargement surgery runs around $10,000 - $15,000... Soooo unless we are willing to fork out six figures for a fancy engineered penis it will remain on the back burner until this technology becomes super mainstream.

There are more men than you can believe willing to fork out 6 figures to have the penis they want...........thing is, its so taboo, the men are scared to talk about it. You see shows on women talking about their looks & boobs sizes but never men.
Its not even at the beginning stages, the technology is here to grow a penis from your stem cells & attach the size you want. Would I pay $50k to $100k to have the penis I desire, you better believe it!
