Mexico isn't the only place you can get it done. Here is my suggestion you: first check out the old forum found at Phalloplasty.proboards.com and find the super large (135 pages) PMMA thread found in the old General Phalloplasty forum. Read through then come back to this site and read [Part 2] of that thread found somewhere within our new General Phalloplasty forum. After that, read the Complications thread pinned to the General Phalloplasty forum. Then, select 5 random PMMA progress reports that have at least 5 pages and review them thoroughly. Also, scout the net for other sources, articles, and links... heck you may even find a gem to share with the forum that hasn't already been discovered before. Is it a lot of reading. Yes. But posts like the one you make are precisely why the most relevant content gets drowned out... it gets spammed out by needless posts & threads asking questions that either have been answered or discussed. Also worth noting, your last three posts in this thread have had nothing to do with the topic. Please be mindful of that next time. But since I bothered typing all of that, I'll try to answer your question anyways. You don't have to go to Mexico to get it, but the amount of Artefill (the only FDA approved brand of PMMA for use in the U.S.) required to obtain modest gains here in the states are costly, and furthermore, the culture of cosmetic medicine in the U.S. relies heavily on temporary fillers for repeat business, aaaand furthermore, American cosmetic physicians are averse to permanent fillers are they are tricky to reverse/remove should there be undesirable results.
