He used to be featured on extreme plastic surgery shows and came across as a real eccentric. He seemed to specialize in silicone implants. The guy called Steve Erdhart in this link was one of his patients: [ bodygeeks.com/2011/08/plastic-surgery-go...k-with-just-for-men/](http://bodygeeks.com/2011/08/plastic-surgery-gone-wrong-5-guys-who-should-have-stuck-with-just-for-men/) I seem to remember Dr Chugay did his pec, bicep, cheek and butt implants. Obviously you can only really see the pecs and cheeks in those photos but can the really aren't a great advertisement for this work. In my opinion any Dr who performs these kind of surgeries isn't someone you can trust, not because they are dishonest, but that they have a warped perception of what looks good and what doesn't.
