So you lost .5-.75" after you stopped haning?

well i'd say more like .5" loss.. I'm a lagit 7.25 BPEL now... But i do hang a little every week to keep things limber. Plus its great for my EQ.. so If i didnt do a little maintenance Hanging i suppose I would only be 7''..

Its easy for me to just hang every morning while i cook breakfast. It takes me like 5 minutes to warm my Dick up and wrap and put the bib on.. then I hang for like 25 to 30 min while I cook.. I know your only supposed to do 20 min with the bib but my Dick is pretty well conditioned. My skin is already stretched so its no big pain there.


I'm on here because i'm trying to figure out if i want to get my lig cut.. hang for a year to get back to 7.75" BPEL then go get PMMA... If you guys can lead me in the right direction i would really appreciate it.

the difference in 7.25" BPEL and 7.75" for me is huge. Back when i was longer it made a huge difference.

I would say not to do the lig cut since you are after Erect length gains. Most of what has been shown from lig cut is simply regarding Flaccid length.

yea i keep hearing that alot.. i think i got my hopes up that it could help me get back to where i was without tons of Hanging time and just moderate Hanging.

What is the best all day Hanger for while at work (desk job). I am thinking to inject more filler and while it's heavier stretch it. It is stretching my skin so i reckon if I keep it under constant tension it should grow.

hey does anyone have any personal reviews on the "auto extender." I'm thinking that positive pressure Hanging over long periods of time makes sense for gains. I'm trying to find a good device. this one 169$... basically straps to your leg and uses silicone and a cap and string to pull your dong toward your knee.. any thoughts please.

Has anyone tried the " Size Warrior" the manufacturer claimes he gained almost 2 inches of consistent Hanging in 9 months.

Having started Hanging with zen weights. Started at 1 pound wright and now up to 2 pounds. Based on what I've read , it seems that it's recommended to start at 2 or 2&1/2 pounds and gradually increase the Weight. (It goes up to 6 pounds) My question is as follows ; I only hang for 10-20 minutes per day. and have noticed some spasm or discomfort later. Nothing major but nonetheless noticeable Is this to be expected with such a low weight ? Just worried about damage Also was pumping with Kaplan pump before I started Hanging . I've read where it's ok to hang first and then pump Any advice?

They work but not so well. And definitely not for everyone. In a few words Erect length increase is pain in the ass.

I'm going to do PMMA with Avanti, but I'm beginning to wonder if I should wait. In the manual PE and Hanging community, the wisdom is that you should always deal with length first, and then Girth. The reasoning is that additional Girth makes stretching length more difficult. For those of you who have done both PMMA and stretching devices, did you wish you'd waited to do the Girth work?
