I am at the moment 4.5" Girth and obviously wanting more. I am now 31 years old and just feel that my Girth is inadequate. I want to add an extra 1 Inch to my Girth. The thing is that I have recently started dating a girl for last month and now I am to go for this procedure. Initially when booking the appointment I was single and thought no one would ever know about the procedure but myself. Now if I do go ahead with this I will obviously have to tell her. If it doesn't work out between us then she could possibly tell other people and where I come from a small city it's better to keep these type of things more private. Everything is lining up perfectly for me to go to TJ: timing for work, finances, except the new girlfriend. What's the opinion of the forum should I go ahead as she will certainly enjoy the new Girth anyways and risk the secret getting out? or postpone? Really looking forward to that extra Girth though..
