It's not completely rounds it's near the ring area of the PMMA next to Circumcision scar. It's causing some swelling. I've always had swelling but not that noticeable. Now I kind of notice it and it gives me a certain feeling like tingling or burning can't describe it. It goes away with 24hrs I am also feeling this same feeling near anus even when I don't have sex I do have a small hemorrhoid so that might be the cause of the feeling. As I am typing I do remember I do feel the feeling even if penis isn't swollen so I do feel even without sex. So I can't say it's related to the swelling after sex. Any recommendations for someone other than Dr Alter I know about him and he books quickly plus he wants $350 just for consolation. Which I will pay if there is no one else. I would not let him operate on my Dick - but I'd call him to see if he has done I with a cannula or get info out of him.. My best advice is to pay alter the 350. If you go with him he subtracts it from your fee. There just aren't many options for this type of stuff in nyc.
