Only now had the site not shut down and I got to see more, I would have not done it. I'm 7 days out from the procedure and am honestly regretting the hell out of it. I went in, he injected me, and after it was over my penis looked like an overcooked sausage, and i thought, relax, it will heal, and now I'm really hoping it will come out OK. Here are pics, a pre procedure Flaccid and Erect photo Pre procedure: Flaccid length: ~3 Inch Girth: 3 Erect length: ~5 Girth: 4 inches And a photo 3 days out from the procedure You can well imagine why I needed to do something. Unfortunately I fell victim to the idea of a permenant solution that was minimally invasive that was within the US. If I could redo this, Id honestly have gone with a doctor who was offering a temporary filler. Happy to answer any questions and comments. My question to you guys, on a scale of 1-10 how fucked am I? I've seen mixed results from Loria's patients, the referrals were too positive, but I had apparently seen one of them on a lpsg forum, and the fact that he referenced made me think he was legit. I'm just really scared, am I gonna make it? I don't know too much about Loria, other than that he uses silicon. I have had dermal fat grafts, had them removed after a decade, tried HA, dissolved it all, and then 5 trips to Dr.C for PMMA. I always looked like a mess after each one and in the beginning used to think wtf did I do to myself?!? Your Dick right now looks like every Dick I have seen after a procedure. If I recall Loria wants the patient to wear a ring after the procedure to keep the silicon from leaking into the ball sac - are you? Make sure you do whatever aftercare you are told to do. It is easy to panic and think I am so fucked up, aftercare does not matter - but what you look like now has nothing to do with your result. Even with research, no one is ready to see their Dick like that. Most of that looks like swelling and inflammation which is normal - your Dick has just been attacked. Temporary fillers also have their issues. Do you know what he injected into you or did he tell you it was a secret recipe? I think it is just silikon1000. It is now a 40 day recovery, where he has a complex wrap set up with tighter bandaids at the base and the glans as well as a rubberband to avoid migration of the material and keep swelling down. The pic was just between wrap changes. He has a whole procedure you do 3-4 times a day or squeezing the swollen glans To improve circulation, massaging the shaft, and a break from the rubber band for 15 min to avoid too much irritation at the base. He prescribes you antibiotics, medication for swelling and inflammation, and various creams from irritation, bruising, and cuts. He requires daily followups which I appreciated and it's in a group msg so his assistants are aware and can answer as well. Overall he is responsive but not nearly as fast as I would like, sometimes it takes him all day to respond. I know I'm not in a good state of mind and am a bit of hypochondriac but it scares me shit less when I have a problem at 7am and Loria finally responds at like noon. Though I realize I'm being dramatic. All this stuff he has changed made me think he may fine tuned his method and has made serious, positive changes, a part of what made go for it. For the substance he told me a mix of artefill and other fillers, meant for my body to engulf in collagen around. At least he didn't give me that bullshit about it magically turning into collagen. If it was sillikon then, I know there have been reports if long term complications in some cases, but I can't seem to get an exact answer for at what point should I be worried? If he is using it, will his method of trapping it, wrapping It up, and waiting for collagen formation reduce the chance of complication or is this all just a charade or useless flailing? Would I ever be able to remove it in case of a complication? And I actually went to his office for a rewrap, turns out I've been wrapping too tight. His assistant did it for me now and he took the photo without the wrap so I don't have it. In 3 days though I am to change wraps so i will have pics then. I'm sure he'll be fine, but that virtually never happens. Look at Elist, Samitier, Rhienchild, Burman and Rosenstein. Two of them only lost their licences after patients actually died! I think they all operated for over decade without lots of press. So this is day 11. I rewrapped it so had a chance to see it unwrapped and took photos. It looks.... better I Guess. Still a lot of bruising and discoloration, and some swelling but my biggest fear seems to going away. In that first photo up top, the shaft swelled so much and the glans retracted inside so looked like a mini hotdog. This one isn't as bad but the filler seems to have settled in the middle. Loria before had recommended finger rolling it down so I will continue to do that and check the results at my next rewrap. What do you guys think? If this stays this Girth but the filler spreads out a little and I can fix the unevenness, I wouldn't be too mad. Right now I'm at the same Girth Flaccid as what's apparently the average Girth while Erect. So given some more swelling to go down and the filler spreading , it won't be too bad. But I'm still quite nervous about unevenness and looking weird. My thinking was he's still figuring out the best mixture and is testing it out but doesn't want to admit. Or he's actually paranoid someone might copy him and do it cheaper and he'll lose his cash cow off the chance he's actually figured something out here. The best advice I got when I started PMMA was from Wade who said its a process. It seems like if it involves a filler, you do not get the Dick you want after 1 round - albeit smaller than you hoped for. Mine needed 2 full rounds and then 3 more rounds to touch up to get smooth and good looking - I was prepared to go a 6th time too if I had to. Loria is a different material, but it is still trauma, bruising, swelling, and inflammation, a period of collagen growth etc. You actually look really good and better than a lot of dicks I have seen after 1 round. Don't dwell on imperfections and think they are going to be there for the rest of your life. Def massage or do whatever he told you to do. If he tells you to disperse it evenly, make sure you do. Assess in 3-4 month and then you will know where you need the touch-up and keep it elongated as much as possible - like all the time. Loria is a different material, but it is still trauma, bruising, swelling, and inflammation, a period of collagen growth etc. You actually look really good and better than a lot of dicks I have seen after 1 round. Don't dwell on imperfections and think they are going to be there for the rest of your life. Def massage or do whatever he told you to do. If he tells you to disperse it evenly, make sure you do. Assess in 3-4 month and then you will know where you need the touch-up and keep it elongated as much as possible - like all the time. Thanks man. Glad to know it somewhat resembles a normal penis again. I was really hoping to get it one go. My original plan was 2 treatments but dealing with this once is already hell, I can't imagine doing this again. So here's hoping it heal enough to look normal the first time. And you definitely right about the shock, it's downright traumatic at times but hopefully will be worth it. I'll be updating tho every 3 days or so when I'm supposed to rewrap and I'll be on here to answer any questions I give other updates. My hope is that even if this comes out ok, if anyone ever considers dr loria, I hope they read through this and consider everything so they don't blindly walk into this like I did.
