Also your life in general sounds pretty awesome too. This I think goes to show that age has very little to do with gains. Maybe health definitely plays a role in results though. I was only eating healthy the month after my procedure but ate very unhealthy besides that since at this age I kinda stay lean even with eating junk food everyday. Also off topic but I see a lot of successful people on this site getting PMMA, CEOs, business owners etc. I hope it works in reverse and me getting PMMA at a young age makes me a CEO some day. I am hoping for 6.25-6.5 mid shaft end results from 2nd round. I am thinking with my age (over 50 first PMMA procedure completed) that my healthy lifestyle played a huge role in my initial results. Here are key factors ( i believe) to a maximize results. Not a doctor and this is just my personal experience. * Intermittent Fast 18 hours per day 365 days a year. Research it.. .. tons of health benefits... many towards healing. * Ketosis diet. Eat 75% good fasts, 20% protein, and 5% carbs. Again lots of health benefits... * Detox my body consistently with infrared sauna (use both near and far together) 3-5 times per week 30-60 minutes. * Enemas detox my liver i do 3 per week.. mostly coffee enemas. * SLEEP! Most over looked factor!! I wear blue light blockers 2 hours before I sleep, sleep with grounding sheets, and rub magnesium oil on my body before bed. Thee single most important component in my option beside food and detox protocol is SLEEP... * Exercise 3 times per week 30min each session.. I think this is least beneficial factor... compared to 4 above. The above protocol could be related to my recover and results. BTW i refused to take any of the medications the Dr. recommended... I eat and live non-inflamatory life style... I eat lots of fermented foods.. so my immune system in my opinion is beyond excellent.... We will see if my habits help round 2 recovery FAST and sustain maximum results.... Regardless, I mentally prepared to go 4 total visits... 2 full and 2 touch ups.. I hope to hit goal of 6.5 inches mid... we will see... and I have already planned a another visit in 6 months... might be another full or touch up.. depends on the results of this this treatment. Starting 5 and Quarter inches mid End first round 6.1 inches mid 2nd round (22 days) little over 6 and 1/2 mid. End goal? To early to tell.. currently wife and other women are fine with it with proper foreplay.. if you have not read my previous post we are same room full swap swingers.. Super happy with my results so far especially considering my age 51 yrs. My results so far I believe are directly related to my extremely healthy lifestyle. NOTE: both treatments I did PRP.
