FYI I had less than stellar results along the way. Probably a tolal of 8 hard entry point nodules, 1 free floating Nodule I got after my 1st round, a small - but substantial hard Nodule on my 3rd round - some unevenness etc. The thing I always remembered was Wade telling me it is a process, not a one-shot deal. All my hard entry spots went away on their own, but the best way I found to get rid of them was to let the product weep out a bit and when I would want to dry it off - take gauze or paper towel and push firmly straight down, like you are pushing it back into the layer it came from. After I started doing that in my 3rd round I did not get any more.

One of the other kind of nodules went away by breaking it up in the office and adding more PMMA and the other was broken up and no PMMA. It took me 2 full rounds and 3 touch ups and it looks and feels really good. Telling you all this because you will probably be in a similar boat. If irregularities show up it is not the end of the world, most of this stuff in my experience at least, is fixable in the end - and if it is not fixed it is not the end yet. Also, depends on what your tolerance is. I as coming off a bad PE experience with an already big Dick so I was all about natural, some guys are really happy just for the size.

Interesting that's why I opted for a smaller amount to try and prevent any major defects until the next round but seems like hit or miss with the procedure depending on a bunch of variables..

When did you first feel the hard nodules if you don't mind me asking and did you use the roller to get rid of excess fluid or just let it seep out naturally?

I think it is hit or miss in general - but aftercare mitigates a lot of complications. The nodules - the ones in the shaft appeared almost overnight about 3 weeks in. The hard spots that are the entry points also appeared overnight about 2 weeks in. My sense of the entry point nodules is that it is PMMA that seeps out of the layer it is injected into and gets trapped under the dermis. I would not roll it out - you don''t want to push it out. Let is come out on its own and push it straight back in with a paper towel absorbing the excess at the same time. If you get the little hard spots I think they get collagen around them as well - but whatever it is, they went away for the most part by the next visit.

I was crazy about aftercare and always stayed for 4 days each full round. In spite of that I had a few issues, on the other hand by the time I was done I had none, so yes, I think care matters. My last 3 trips were all little amounts here and there which is the way to go. If you are young (20's?) I would want to plan for at least 2 touch ups after your last full round as you will have it for a long time and I'd want it to look as good as possible. I love the way my Dick looks now and Erect it looks flawless and natural too.

Flaccid pic looked identical to the point where I couldn't differentiate them on my phone so I'll only post Erect. I have a more pics on my phone from different angles that I can add towards the end when I'm thinking straight. I'll do a whole reorganization when I'm finally able to view the pics I post on the site since it'll be easier.

Same ring swelling around the gland. Stopped taking the Ibuprofen for good now and I'm just letting it swell. Pain is nonexistent unless I massage hard, bruising minimal but still minor leaking from one entry point. Spent the last 2 hours massaging what I thought was a hard spot right under the glands but now I'm pretty sure it was a vein and now I feel stupid. Also probably too early for nodules(?) I might just be psyching myself out.

Emotional state kinda rocky. I don't really sleep so body currently running on adrenaline and hotel fajitas. Really started psyching myself out and having those "why the fuck am I in Mexico getting Dick surgery" moments. First time traveling though and the fact that I can't really tell anyone about the surgery probably have a lot to do with it, along with my age. Doc said if it were up to him he would only operate on people over 25. Probably some solid reasoning to that.

Existential crisis aside the staff is amazing and Ian is the man. Can't stress enough how genuine Dr. C is and how great he is at keeping his patients at ease. Will keep you guys posted.

Hey you look great. That is a really nice looking job. Everyone gets the rocky feeling. I think it is a mixture of doing something that is a big deal done in secrecy, the nerves of not knowing if you should be doing it at all, being kind of excited and nervous at the same time, thinking is this fucking crazy what if I ruin my Dick? being embarrassed if your friends found out, you are in Tijuana for a penis enlargement - blah, blah I went in with a Dick that looked like a mess, to begin with - you are in great shape. It is so easy to fuck with one's self mentally during the healing process too. Every 5 minutes I would check my Dick to see if it looked good. My opinion changed every 5 minutes about what I saw too. I would go from elation, to dread, to hating myself for going down there, to thinking I am a fucking idiot why didn't I take all this mental get a hobby like playing the guitar or open a business.
Everything changes over the next few weeks. Just remember it is not a one step process so if you get changes you don't like it is not a big deal - it is an incremental procedure.
Give yourself credit for doing something about something that was making you unhappy. Most people just think about what they want to change about themselves and don't get past that.

Hey man. It looks really good. Like Hunk said, this is a process. It can certainly take a toll on you emotionally.
At day 3 you really cannot judge the final outcome. But if you do end up with things you do not like, they can be addressed later.

So I had a death in the family which made it sort of hard to update with pics but I'll fill in the log for day 7.

I've lost *ALL* gains and inflammation at this point except under the glands. Honestly not sure what to do about that and maybe this whole thing was a waste.. But then again it's not fair to say until the collagen growth starts I guess. Following the trends on this site it should have been around .0266in per CC of 10% so even though my 15 CC +2MD was conservative I was still within range of my desired gains.

Lets hope something changes. I'm still taking pics everyday and will compile when my life levels out a bit.

Added pics for today kind of in a hurry Erect pic came out kinda blurry because its hard to hold cam, tape, and penis up at the same time.

You were 3.2 fg and now your 5fg i think thats pretty good results especially when you got 10%.

That's actually Erect not sure why it looks so Flaccid probably because its so blurry. My Flaccid Girth did increase to 4.1 posted below. I'm gonna edit the pic above with a better Erect pic. EG is still the same

Oh alright. Thats still not that bad you did get bigger. Maybe if you went with 30% or the regular amount you would gotten better results i dont know but its a start.

Yup definitely a mistake going so low. Live and learn I guess. If I get no Erect gains by December I don't think I would settle for anything under 30% next round at least now I know how my unit reacts to the PMMA

We can compare 93 down the road as our starting measurements were close-- we had it done on the same day and I got

9cc 30% 8cc 10% and 4cc Microdrops.

Im on Cialis daily and the flomax so my hang and my Girth will be effected for the next few weeks so I won't even bother updating yet.

Just started stretching and my first pump broke first try- so I have another on the way, starting next week.

I said in another thread the day after surgery I swelled up like a balloon 6.5 inches Girth.. haha that's all gone for sure!

I hope you get a 1/2 Inch man, I look at that as a huge win for us on trip 1.
