Hi guys - Im planning on surgery on June 8. in Prague.
Ive been contemplating about this for 2 years now and Im finally ready to do something about my penis Girth.

Im planning on documenting the progress here.

First of, Im 29, I have been ashamed of my penis my entire life and it has caused a lot of problems for me. My first girlfriend who I was together with for over 1 year, when I was 16-17, cheated on me with several of my friends saying it was because she needed a bigger penis. The years after I met several girls, but always stayed away not wanting to catch feelings or have sex with them. I didn't always manage, and every time I had sex with a girl it made me awfully insecure and I didn't manage to perform because of my self-esteem. I hardly felt anything and it made me overanalyze every reaction.

I fell in love again when I was 21, crazy in love with a girl, and she in me. I put sex on hold not wanting her to discover me penis size. After some months she became inpatient thinking something was wrong with her. I cried every night thinking my life is doomed, but decided I had to give it a shot if I were to ever be happy. Long story short she dumped me after some months largely because of my insecurity and sex. I hardly felt anything and I could see the disappointment in her. After this I did not have sex for 8 years.

Now Im in a new relationship, who Im falling in love with. I have told here about the surgery, which I did after the fist time we had sex. I could tell she wanted me to do it because she asked me if I was REALLY planning on it (at least I think she wants me to. She even said she looked forward to me having it done after I said the same). Now she says I dont need it, but I can tell she is just saying it not to hurt my feelings. She is very supportive and nice that way.

OK to the fact: Not measured penis flacid, but I reken about 2 - 3 Inch long (no joke)
NBEL 5,5 Inch
BPEL 6 Inch
EGB 4,3 Inch
EGM 4,5 Inch
EG under glans just under 4,6 Inch. (I will measure again with pictures soon)

I am planning on 10% three rounds hoping EG goes to 5,5 - 6 Inch (hope this is possible) all the way of the shaft.

Sorry you've had a hard time of it. So many of us have.
One thing though. Can you post in inches? Most here do. Had to Google to find sizes. Your 5.5inches in Girth? That's big not small!

Probably your anxiety has a lot to do with your sexual performance some girls may i deedbe bored but don t pass on sex i promess that some will apreciate it ( seriously if i could you can to !) at least try it, even if you do the operation

Thanks! I know, I went trough all my high school and collage years afraid from having sex. I didn't want to go out drinking either. It messed me up right in the head. Im still having problems. Every time I have sex with my new girlfriend I think she is one step closer to dumping me. This is killing me inside...

One thing should be said. My ex probably said it just to hurt me.

an advise dude forget about it for now with your current because she will dump you for the insecurity you nust be displaying ( much worst than your size forca girl) and not your Dick. Fuck her and grab her with determinstion as if you had a big one dude, then it can be improved but thats the most important

Not sure if we're allowed to discuss this or not, but how much is this expected to cost and what was the amount of time it took to get an appointment? I've heard Dr N is quite difficult to get hold of. Hope it all goes okay, mate.

My experience is that she has not too much time to chit-chat with you on email conversation. She responses at some point if you ask her like "How does you schedule look in the next 2 months" or something like that. Took me 2 or 3 mails to get her to open up her schedule.

If you book an appointment, definetely go with 10% abd remember its not gonna be absolutely perfect. There will be most likely atleast some minor imperfections on how it looks or feels. And remember: Don't freak out! The first week or so I really questioned my decision and gave myself hard time for it. It will settle down with time.

Her pricing is 600 euros for procedure + 95 euros per cc. You pay 600 euros on first time and after that she charges only for the product.

My first sessions cost was 600e + (15x 95 euros).

It took her 1 week to respond. But only after I emailed her gmail account. I first tried the contact form on her website.

In my first email I explained I wanted the procedure done and gave her several dates which I were available on over the summer. She then responded with some of the dates I could pick. The problem was, she did not confirm my date before after 18 days or so - after I had purchased a ticket to Prague - saying she was not available after all and I had to choose another date. This was slightly stressing, but worked out in the end.

Im slightly concerned about something though - I have lichen sclerosis (autoimmune skin disorder) makes my skin slightly thinner and pround to sors, similar to small rips your lips sometimes get if they are dry - which is under control. Every day for about week every now and then I have to put on steroid cream to prevent this from happening.

Im also a Grower, which probably will result in PMMA gathering more in one place, isn't that true? Would it be wise to keep penis Erect, or use a stretcher?

If your a Grower you definitely want to keep it stretched. Get Flomax it is a pill that will help you from retracting - you want 60 days worth. You can buy in the internet or maybe she will write you a prescription if you need it. You can get an ESL40 Stretcher on eBay for $20 get one if those too.

Honestly man its not that bad your average and theres nothing wrong with that. We are sort of similar with Girth and where the ladies are concerned the exact thing use to happen to me, but in my opinion i suggest going extremely large for Girth and and increasing your eq by stretching and light pumping and will be good.

Sounds like you are quite insecure which is the reasoning for you doing it. This probably makes you believe that your GF wants you to have this done but in reality she doesn't. Believe her when she says it even if your insecure mind can't understand why she wouldn't want you to this.

You're booked in for a few days time so probably no changing your mind now. You have an average sized dick so obviously no need for you to get this done so go easy. Get 10ml of 10% and see what you think about it after..... you might even regreth getting that small amount after.... it does not feel very natural. Best of Luck.

Hi guys, so Ive done it! Feels kinda crazy.

I was not sure to get 10% or 30%, and because of that Dr N said she could mix it. I said "oh 20% that sound great"

She did not mix it. She wanted to insert 5ml of each and sort of mix and stur it in my unit. That way it was completely steril she said. I said Ok but was not really sure. I said to my self that I only would get 10% each time, but I so want to feel big that I agreed. Hope I dont screw this up.

She said to leave it wrapped for 48 hours. Every now and then gently massage with wrapper. After 2 days take it off and massage for 7 days. She showed me how to do it with my hands, but Im thinking of rolling my unit with a glass or something similar. Maybe trying to press the PMMA evenly on both sides making my penis wider. I dont have a stretcher or pills to make it less turtle, so I'm thinking of tying a knot round my head and to my feet making it stretch. Not sure if its a good idea or even capable..

Sitting at the airport now and wont be home until 6 hours.
