You are big so 25cl on you is like me having 15 approx. Some people seem to not gain that much round 2. Not sure why. 30% give bigger gains, but if I go for a 2 round I will do 10% again. Better to go slow and safe in my opinion and I have seen people saying they would do it that way if again at the starting line. I am going to ask her 25cl of product. I have to say that the PMMA "greed" has temptating me to go with 30% at least some amount of total volume like 5cl 30% and 20cl 10%... I still have one round for the same price left (only pay for product) so thats why I am considering the 30% option. Probably the best solution is to stick with the 10% to avoid Bad aesthetics and nodules / PMMA bunching up. But then again you could fix those next time... Damn. I am a wise guy and already pretty big. Play it safe. No need to extend the risks. Here is a pre procedure picture from yesterday. Lets see how it goes and where I'll end up this time. Last time when my middle Girth got to 13.5cm few days later I remember feeling huge. Thats like 0.5 to 1cm increase to current situation depending on a day and a level of hydration. Damn this is exciting. Probably could accommodate a bit more as I've got plenty of length. Let's see how this turns out and see do I need or want another round after this. The looks and overall outcome is more important to me than the size increase. I am fine if I got somewhere between 14cm and 15cm (5.5 to 6 inches) in the end of my journey. Some girls are bottomless. The current girl I am seeing about once in two weeks tho has the bottom which i can reach.. She doesn't know that I've done PMMA and is not informed about this at all. Let's see what she says after this round. Probably there is something to notice at the Girth department too in few weeks.
