I just deleted about 200 photos of my Dick from over 22 years - my goal is to put this behind me by getting rid of the souvenirs. It has been really consuming and if anyone ever went through my computer I am sure they would wonder what the fuck was going on with all these mangled Dick shots - they probably wouldn't even guess they are of the same person which makes it slightly creepier, like I have a mangled Dick fetish.

I think if you got hard naturally you could not keep it up having your Dick jabbed with needles, short of Ian fluffing you every few minutes. You might want to offer him a few extra bucks to see if he wants to be the fluffer.

SJ I had caverject when I had my graft, it was pretty straight forward. The only issue was they told me to wear lose sweat pants and no underwear and I had to walk back to my hotel with a really obvious boner. Hey I don't remember - I know I got .25 and .20 after each round of the Silikon.
I think it might be in your head. My sense is that if they put a certain amount of stuff in your dick like Silikon - it is gong to show up instantly with a little added inflammation of course. I would just go by whether or not it looks better and not stress the gains - you will drive yourself crazy. I try and focus on whether it looks good and not size as I am not going back for a number - only aesthetics, I think you might be fucking with yourself
