 Ignore if I'm in the minority here but it would be hugely beneficial if each progress report denoted at least the Doctor who carried out the procedure and ideally the date of the report start.

In regards PMMA, as there's really only a tiny handful of people trusted with doing it on these boards, perhaps the progress reports could be split into subcategories by Doctor?

That would make it hugely easier to focus on what's relevent to a particular party.
