so jogift, phallobrother, can i help you? i dont know if your first two questions are rhetorical: you do realize that people are different right? i did put my approx starting size up at the beginning and also posted the ongoing gains of round 1. then after round 2 i didnt post at all much and didnt feel like measuring for this and that reason. and now its just a week after round 3. and to be fair i did say right at the beginning of this thread circa july 10th that i might very well not post pics. i said it might well be an impressionistic approach. i guess you dont have to like it, but what you gonna do? fuck off? grind your teeth ineffectively? testosterone your backside so you can get the fuck off it? and tbh, if you think dr n would hire a shill to write long winded waffle about the sights of prague (yawn!) and the best hotels in prague (yawn!) then you need to calm down and think it over.

I can see why someone wouldn't worry about measuring with this. It is not about the numbers for some people. Btw, as someone who has gone Dr. N. I can say he has posted details on here, that there is no way he would have been able to post had he not gone himself. Just because the guy isn't obsessing about his Dick, and constantly taking pics for you guys, doesn't mean his post isn't real.

And, apart from the so-called details that you mention, is there anything else in the whole thread that is of interest to someone contemplating Phalloplasty? Jog- considering we have had very few reports from Dr. N, he doesn't need pictures, or an exact gain on measurement to add to the community. There are about 50+ case reports of guys showing before and after. We have an excel spreadsheet showing gain. Everyone knows the risks, and potential gains from this procedure. His posts are entertaining, and give guys a good idea of expect from the procedure and her clinic.
If you are doubting he has gone, don't. I've been to her twice now. I know the clinic better than all but maybe 1-2 posters (him included). Everything he has said about the clinic, how she does the procedures is spot on (Including the number of rooms lol).

Didn't describe how beautiful or sexy the lady is, didn't say whether she did the procedure whilst he was Erect. If so, did she give an injection or he came "on" because she "fondled" ...

in brief: 3 weeks and 1 day later. good Girth, not perfectly symetrical but i note this just so you know, because i dont care and to expect that it would be is expecting too much. it's wider on the right side. bump at injection sight (whatever). Nodule noticed about three days ago. its on the underside. i will write in much detail about this soon because i know its important to you. im not bothered about it because to me its an expected inconvenience that i see only as wasted product lol. saying that i know y'all are interested in it so i'll come back to that soon with more about it.

Joglift- I got an idea, if you don't like his progress report, shut the fuck up and go read other progress reports. There are literally over 50 fucking progress reports of guys with Dick pictures and exact measurements. I suspect though, you have been borderline PMMA for a long time, and are wanting to use his post to re-affirm your decision you have made about getting it. Either way, back off. There are many users out here, that have found his posts enjoyable. It's not your progress report, if you don't like it, shut the hell up. Well, I do know what research is.... I nearly have a PhD in biomedical research. I also know what a "once in a life time decision is". I have had two rounds of PMMA. Nothing wrong with being borderline PMMA, but you are telling me, that of the roughly 23 pages of case reports on this current forum (with a majority being PMMA), + reports from the old board, you are still dependent on Numbers report for you to decide if you are going to get PMMA? Not only that, you are entirely dependent on EXACT size gained for you to decide to get PMMMA. Honestly, as someone who has had two rounds of it, if you can't appreciate a persons progress report detailing procedure and experience, you are not a candidate for it then. You are too fixated on numbers. This procedure is not for you. You won't be able to mentally handle the swelling, the inflation of size, the come down, the growth phase, the anxiety about having a lumpy Dick etc. Just step away. No two dicks respond to PMMA the same. You maybe sitting there thinking, "Oh fuck, he gained .5234243 inches with 24ccs of 30% so I can then gain .20304024 inches with 10ccs of 10% and I will have 15% chance less at having nodules". Get a clue. It doesn't work like that. You may gain anywhere from 0-.75 of an Inch your first round and you may have a perfect result or you may have a lumpy Dick. Take the time for just a split second, re-read his thread and appreciate the experience details he provides in this. Raw numbers absolutely will not prepare you for the feeling of having your Dick being one gigantic swollen blob right after. So yes, there is a lot to learn from his post.Btw, your last comment... The general "parameters" for one entering the board are shown in posts #1 - #4. After post #6, a conclusion is already drawn but for "beyond reasonable doubt" one can read up to #10 or #12. Apart from being nice, polite or diplomatic (hypocrite), there is really no need for any more comments on the thread. If "the sun rises in the east and sets in the west" has any information content to you, fine. Otherwise, as a doctor in research, what has been learnt?

Alright guys! For sure i've been outta here but time flies and i cant let you down any more. Things are good with me. Im happy and tbh having a great time and mostly because of the PMMA. Every week i think i better update PB. Things however did go a bit awry - please see picture. that basically spurred me back here to report on it, which is pretty much the gist of this post. spoiler alert: it's not really a problem it turns out.

Before i tell you about that, here's an update: I'd say overall i have an Inch and-a-third extra Girth. It's not uniform. There is some collected in a moving Nodule-ish thing on the underside but i really dont give a fuck. Ive got more confidence now and have been shagging girls and not being insecure. I hadnt shagged many before PMMA due to insecurities.

Anyway I probably wouldnt have posted pics but something happened that is obviously a potential side-effect of PMMA. I think this is the first case of this happening! Therefore here are some pics for the record. presumably they will post at the bottom of this post.

What you can see - the Hanging bag between Dick and glans - happened right after round 3 and never disappeared. I thought it had - see my previous posts - but i was wrong. Just like to shout-out hoddle10 for his time. Legend! I was for ten weeks too blase about whether anything was wrong with my Dick and i didnt do anything about it. Seriously, dont be like this. Get any problem you might have sorted. obviously! i just ignored what could have been a problem with my Dick. Then i got the idea that it could be Phimosis. i was in starbucks as i have been frequenting starbucks regularly. its a great fucking place to pull girls who are like 20 to 25! all the girls who go there go there to get looked at. it's been a revelation tbh. not that its easy or that i dont get nervous, but anyway, thats another story. and the coffee is nice if you ask me. anyway, i was in starbucks chilling out, then i googled Phimosis ... and turned white! ten minutes later (dramatic reconstruction: i really had to wait until the next day) i was ringing up harley street doctors thinking 'oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck'.
Harley street is an interesting place: where world class doctors neighbour quacks and sharks. So anyway i went to see Dr Suks Minhas there and he basically told me straightaway that it's a liquid build up and essentially harmless. He did tell me also that he'd send me a report on exactly what it was - its got a medical term - and on everything else he told me (and i will therefore report it correctly here) but he has sent it to my mum's uk address! The fucking receptionist for some reason wanted a uk address too, alongside my address in switzerland where i live. I literally told him three times to send it here in CH. i insisted. i was like 'send the letter to my address, ok?' He said ok and sent it to my fucking mums. Seriously! it's kind of lol if you imagine he's mr bean. They also promised an email follow up but nada. This is three weeks ago now. I'll get back to you on the medical term for my Dick-bag.
Despite all that receptionist crap, the doctor was great. i recommend him but obviously dont want to see you having to go there. I paid 280 gbp for a check up that is for half an hour. I went in not just worried about my Dick but ALSO worried he'd try and upsell me unnecessary tests and even surgery. I was overall very anxious. But he didnt do that at all. He told me that my problem will likely go away, also might not go away, and if i want a circumsicion then that would solve it. But he said only get a circ if i cared about the aesthetic of it all because there's no point doing unnecessary surgery. He even suggested that he would do it of course if i ever decided to, but it would be very expensive lol, sort of persuading me not too. I think he said 4 grand.
He seemed caring and concientious. he could have upsold me tests and did not. If you look online he's got all these awards. He specialises in male genitalia and with Phalloplasty gone wrong. I was his first PMMA case, so that's something to think about. Since the appointment was over quickly he said, 'since youve come a long way, why not think about other things we can talk about' while he popped out. I was just too elated to think of anything but we talked about my recent ed and he said it was psychological. I honestly dont remember much of what else we talked about. His office was totally splendid though lol.

since im posting pics now i might as well post a few more in the next days and weeks of my PMMA. just be patient coz i love PB and everything, but it's nice not to have to come here all the time.
