How much Girth do you initially loose after a PMMA session? Does it decrease and then slowly build back Girth over time (couple weeks- collagen)?? It seems some guys I've read loose some and then gain it back. Others keep their "after 4 day" gains.. When the swelling goes down. Can anybody tell me their collagen growth experience and when they started noticing the collegian growth? Thanks guys! I've never heard of anyone losing Girth after PMMA surgery. Some have experience limited or no gains. There are tons of threads of here. I suggest you do a bit of research. Lots of good info here. Example. You start at 4.5 msg. PMMA brings you to 5.2 msg. Then within a few days you go back down to 4.75 msg. Does the collagen then "kick in" at a later date and increase the circumference? Or is the 4.75 msg your final gain?? I guess the real question is- how many people have seen their circumference grow AFTER the initial size loss.. I probably didn't word the question correctly to start with! Sorry about that! Yes initially you get the Girth after the surgery plus swelling. The swelling subsides usually 4-8 days after the procedure. Then over the next couple of months the collagen builds back up. Both times I gained 1" Girth right after surgery. Then both times that gain reduced down to 0.5" gain at day 11 or so. I've held the 0.5" gain from each surgery. They say that the collagen takes about 8 to 12 weeks so I believe I grew collagen as my swelling was going down. It's been 6 months since my 2nd round (Dec 2015). I'm currently at at 6.5" mid shaft Girth. I started at 5.5" Girth shaft Girth (pre PMMA). Hope this helps.
