I really think this is something that isn't talked about on these boards, which is very important. You absolutely need to ensure that you're getting what you're actually paying for. There have been some considerable disparities between people's experience with PMMA, and the possibility of quality/quantity integrity does exist. If each of us makes it a point to ask to see the product, and its application into the applicator, then this goes a long way to eliminating that potential problem.

Damn right! I became "horrified" by these disparities and is the reason why I am completely "off" PMMA now.

I so miss hunkydory's posts. He had most of the answers to the HA procedures I'm contemplating.

California may likely have a good results, but unless he requested to see brand product unwrapping and applicator loading, he cannot say for sure. There are various reasons that may impact PMMA procedure disparities, including age, metabolism, dietary lifestyles, etc. (See Superman's PMMA experience) The more variables we can eliminate, the better outcomes we'll have. An easy one is quality/quantity verification. All it takes is asking one question: "Dr. on the day of my procedure, I would like to be present when the PMMA product is opened and loaded into your applicator. This is for my peace of mind. Thank you." This way you can be 100% positive that you're getting a fresh batch of the product you purchased, as well as the correct quantity.

Can you guestimate how much you gained flacid length and width with your single round?

I think I gained 0.5 Inch in lenght Flaccid and about 0.25 gain in width for first round with 10 CC, 30%.

Last week the trouble started for me too...damm.

All the left side is one big hard lump...no pain, no redness, but rock hard. It feels awful. Will this go away, or am I stucked with this hard stuff forever.

I am not sure I will go for round 2, because right now it looks and feel very very wrong.

I think this even more proof as to why 10% PMMA is the only safe option.
Not talking about California35's case but when people complain that PMMA feels unatural and hard I think it's really important to only compare it with other techniques, there is no way PMMA feels more unatural than fat or MegaFill that actually visibly move about in the shaft and cause extreme lumpyness and have a spongy consistency.
California35 I think in your case you will be okay because you've had a small ammount and should be able to fill over any hard areas with 10% next time. Have you told Ivana about it?

Damn, I was absolutely ready to make my appointment, and have been in contact with Dr. N. I was going to go for a 10cc, for 1 round, possibly 2 rounds. I had been convinced that a round of 10-13 would be enough for what I'm wanting, and that I would be relatively safe with that. Obviously I was following your thread quite closely, as it was confirmation (until now), that a 10cc round would be much lower risk, and likely match my goals.

Does Dr. N even do 10% and if so, does she even do a volume that you would gain anything with 10%? I'd think you'd need at least 15-20ml for a .3-.4 Inch gain.

Unfortunately because PMMA is so permanant you carnt really think about gain. You've just got do what's safe and if you gain you gain if you don't you don't.
If I was going to have PMMA I'd have 2 rounds of 10% 15ml max per round. If you have any more than this your asking for trouble, in my opinion.

You think 1 or 2 rounds of 10% at 12-15 mls would have much effect on the Flaccid hang?

I think even small ammounts of fillers are really good for Flaccid hang especially if your a Grower. I'm about 16cm Erect and before procedure my Flaccid hang was about 2 Inch no joke, now I hang at 4 to 5 Inch, I know I had a lot but I honestly think it would of been the same if I'd of had half or 1 quarter the ammount.

I emailed her last week about the trouble, but no answer yet. And yes 10 ml Will make your Flaccid hang longer.
