I've been reading these boards for several years now. i've been contemplating this for a long time. sitting in a room at the grand 1 day post op. A little history first. I've been doing manual PE for several years mainly for Girth. I've successfully added .5 inches of permanent Erect Girth doing this. I was 4.6 all my life into my mid 30s. when i became more dedicated i finally reached 5.1 after a few years. But I've been unable to break the plateau. Im also 6 inches long Erect. I'm now 40.
