I had a major panic moment, I suffer from panic attacks, I was given Diazapam before the procedure but when they went to start, Dr C said i was still too anxious so he have me a 1/4 of Xanax, it settle me down but I got back to the hotel room and was really drowsy, I tried message for 2 hours but fell asleep and I work up my ding dong quite deformed, PANIC ATTACK AGAING!!!

Looking good so far. Keep massaging like Wade showed you. It may look ugly again when you wake up in the morning. Just keep massaging. Bruising darkens as it heals so it is getting better not worse. Keep it elongated as much as possible the first three days. If you are not used to the stretcher they give you, don't where it too long at one time. Hey Astro, got my stretcher today, I will do your suggestion tonight, as I fly home thursday night Wade has said after and before security at either end of the long haul put the stretcher on as obviously I wont be able to 'play with my self' whilst on a plane.

Another suggestion he gave me was to pump for 5 minutes, I said I had the bathmate at home and 'He said perfect, wash your hair, shave or brush you teeth what ever you do in the shower, quickly and don't go overboard'

I dont have a tape on me, but I can get my measurements off Dr.C before the procedure and my NBPL is the same length as the same as my Iphone 5s with a basic cover on it, so I think about 5inch in length

Its from swelling i'm told, but wade did comment on my Circumcision, he said a lot of european dudes who come through have similar scars, he didnt say if it was bad or good, time will tell, so really a bit from column A a bit from column B

Its not cheap
Breakdown all in (AUD)
Procedure $3600 (I just checked the exchange rate and AUD is buying 74 US cents so my procedure could have been $3415 instead )
Shuttle (roundtrip) $187
Accommodation $400 (3 nights)Plus flights and if you stay anywhere else, I only ate in the hotel getting room service for the 3 days I was there, that was $20 US a meal (I tipped too much though)

Basically I set myself a $8000 budget for the whole shebang but I stayed in San Diego and went out and shopped and stuff

The sheila at Dr C's office told me I would be in TJ for one night but Wade said stay long so he can keep on eye on me, so allow for 3 nights

If I was to do all over again this is how I WOULD do it (again all in AUD)
$3400 Procedure (current Exchange rate)
$2000 AirFare (Fly United Airlines they were great) (AUS to LAX to TJ Return)
$400 Accommodation (staying at the Grand Hotel in TJ for 3 nights, no need for a shuttle and Dr C's office is in the same building)
$350 Food and shit
