TOPIC: Astrix's PE journey (PMMA/Chem PE/extender/pump etc)

Thats really appreciated majk cause I did the 5 min 3 times with 3 min break, and i was trying as max. pump as possible I could get. So what about the pumprection I am getting should it just be partly Erect or do you get a full Erection. I didnt get any sensation that would make me fully Erect.

Also anyone has any comments on how they feel about how long they can last after PMMA. I feel a bit sensitive but is that just my head or is there some physics behind this?

Smalljay, can you tell me more about the ESL, do you think it damaged the size in anyway? As I understand the sleeve squeezed stuff out of the ends and you ended up having an issue... i didnt get what big end or part. So do you advise not to wear the ESL? I dont have a sleeve. I think the ESL or wrap helps with stopping the retraction. Thoughts? Wrap isnt working as well anymore so moved onto the ESL. Just wore it one day. Noticed that I have to alternate sides to balance things off.

I use a tiny bit of water based lube when pumping so it get about 50% Erect. I do about 3min morning afternoon and night.
After the first PMMA I lasted incredibly short as it had been 7 days. Now after 4 procedures it's about the same as pre PMMA. Kinda depends on how long it's been and such. But sometimes it's shorter than pre-PMMA because the wife is getting more enjoyment so it makes it quicker for me hearing and seeing that. You will be sensitive for awhile for sure.

Astrix, the ESL40 is a silicone suction cup that fits on the glans only. There is no risk of moving the PMMA around with that if used correctly. Granted, you may engulf more of the glans and perhaps partially some of the circ scar, then it could be an issue.

The sleeve smalljay used was a complete shaft covering tightass sleeve that squeezed the product below the end up into his pubic area I believe.

My Flaccid Girth is definitely measuring 5'0. Its day 11 so too early to say anything but I hope I can retain most of it. That would be lovely. also I think or feel the collagen building it. So Ive noticed three nods already, or what do you call them, PMMA hard dots whatever. Also there are some very minor imbalances which will be fixed in next round.

Makj, ok thats for the sensitivity, I was having mental issues about not being able to last as long as I use to before and this will just make it worse but Im going to fix this timing business. For sure many factors involved including last session and horniess.
Also you mentioned about 4th round, so where do you stand on results from starting point.

Yes, I only cup my glan and try to minimize the penis getting caught in it but so far its doing a good job I feel. When the Dick is pulled down it does become much thinner like in original size but once released it stands its ground.

I like and am very happy with whats goin on so far and cant wait for next round.

I know my min. goal is around 7 inches if I can get there but no less than 6in Flaccid.

I'll tell you that after my two rounds, I measured all the swelling and it was at 7" Flaccid Girth. It looked monstrous and I thought that it would be too big for my Erect length of 6". But now that the swelling is going down after rd.2 on Tuesday, I believe that an Erect Girth of 7" would be ok if the Flaccid looked a little more civilized.

If your goal is to get to 8" EL, then I suppose 7" EG isn't too much to ask. I've heard that getting length is very difficult though. You're 5.5 EG? I'm having a hard time just trying to get another 1/4" length from x4 stretcher.

Yeah Ive kinda given up on the Lengthening but I would like to go for the 7" EG. I hope that with R2 I can achieve that. I test drove today and wife said definitely bigger though I was kind of quite sensitive so couldnt go all out with it, but yeah felt good just need to deal with the mental and physical sensitivity with timing belt. If I can get my Dick to stay out Flaccid than turtle for show purpose that will be good enough length wise for now. I dont have any unrealistic dreams of 8" length anymore but hey why not keep it an ideal

Oh yeah made the stupidest mistake of wearing a regular condom which went on and though it felt tight i survived the under 10 min session and when i was done it was horrible trying to take it off and how it had squeezed the Dick and made a ring, i was in panic for a moment massaging the Dick to get that off, took some time but its normalized.

Need to upgrade, that will be a good feeling in itself picking up the big boys pack

A guy I met at the clinic was getting his 2nd round done, I just checked up with him and he said he didnt get much growth/additional Girth out of the 2nd round. He wanted 2nd round to be his last but seems he will go for 3rd now. Anyone have an idea how you can have a full round and zero results? How can the Dr pump PMMA into your Dick and yet have no gains?

It happened to me, round 2 and 3 was about .45" total between the two rounds. Round 4 has been totally different. Almost .5" with this round.

Not sure why, did almost the same exact things with rounds 2 & 3 as round 1 but almost very little gains. So far I haven't been able to pinpoint why.

Did you speak with Dr C or Wade about this? It shouldnt be a mystery - where does the PMMA go?

Whats x4 stretcher?

Im just using the ESL40 or 60 (whatever they provide at the clinic) and I doubt ill get longer but it helps with the PMMA distribution evenness keep it stretching and hopefully Flaccid will hang longer once penis gets use to Hanging out more then turtuling.

The PMMA is such a small part of what is injected, that it probably went nowhere at all. If the body didn't recognize it as a foreign body, then it wouldn't encapsulate it in collagen. So I'd speculate that it's probably to do with the level Dr C injected. If he injected into PMMA tissue, then I'd guess that the body wouldn't react too much. But if in a later round he injected over the previous tissue, then you can see why the bodies response would to be to encapsulate it.

Suppose the doc would know this logic, so question is that can he select and choose to go above or below the PMMA tissue or its just a hit or miss.

You can't see under the skin and you want to inject deep into the dartos layer, so I'd imagine it's hit or miss. The logic makes sense, as 30% PMMA, doesn't create 3 times the gains of 10%. In fact the difference isn't great at all. If you injected beads where there is already a dense distribution, it makes sense the gains would be far less.

Some people respond well when they go big for their first round. Like really shoot for the majority of their gains right then. And then some do well with more evenly distributed rounds.

I'll probably try to gain as much as possible my first appointment and then shoot for a small/touch up round after that. Ideally I'd like to only go to TJ twice. One gain, one touch-up/slight gain.Thats kinda what I'm shooting for. If I had to go a third time, It would be strictly for aesthetics.

After my second round, thats it for size. What I got is, is what I got, and I'm not gonna push it.
