I created these latex Balls to simulate roughly the size I want. They are about 9 cm (3,5 Inch) in the longest part.
OVE them! I couldn't believe how hideable they are and that they virtually don't hinder my movement at all (I've been even climbing with them).
Well, except for some serious problems with certain ways of sitting and then standing up, but I'm not sure what to think about it because they are not somovable as if they were part of my scrotum (because of latex's friction).

Would your scrotum even be able to hold that much?

Wouldn't surprise me, seeing how much some can expand from saline infusion. I like that look!

The photos are self-explanatory. Why in the world would your want Balls the size of tomatoes. I'm gonna be blunt here, But you just seem like a complete weirdo to me. I dont get the reasoning behind it. I know its not for esthetic reasons because it will look VERY unaesthetic if you have something the size of 2 potatoes in your sack. It looks like you took a HUGE shit in your underwear and turned them backwards. Not affecting your mobility? Are you planning on wearing baggy jeans to sweats for the rest of your life? You sure won't be able to wear decent looking slim fit jeans thats stylish. I have to believe your not a US resident.. NO WAY! If someone else told you that you are "out of your fucking mind" for entertaining the idea of penis enlargement, would you think they are right or wrong? I am not trying to say that your opinion is right, wrong, valid or invalid, I just want everyone to think about how others would react to your ideas before discounting those of others.

For me personally, I do not see how this will not hinder your day to day activities. Something that large in your sack is bound to. However, I also understand the desire to have a larger set of Balls. I would love to have a set of nuts bigger than what I've got, but certainly not the the extreme you desire. But that's why they make chocolate and vanilla.

With that much weight suspended from the scrotum, my fear as a patient or clinician, would the implant increase the likelihood of testicular torsion. If left not corrected, this will lead to Necrosis and infertility. Its common-knowledge that such a large implant can cause fat Necrosis with butt implants. Despite there being little adipose tissue in the scrotum, I would still have a fear that such a large implant would have foreseen health risk attached to it. This respected forum does so much in trying to inform men to make better choices for themselves. Choices that can improve your sexual confidence, choices that some members regret, and choices that we are still on the fence about. We live in a liberal western society, that isn't very liberal, because as soon as we disagree with the media mass of self-proclaimed liberal they ostracize the antagonist opinion. Never have i seen such an attitude of this sort in the 90s, but we are living a era where fundamentalists-liberals like to impose their rights and wrongs on everyone else. Maybe this is a result of the environment we live in, that technology has allowed no self-control, and radical scripted opinions to flourish at the cost of dignity. Whether Kheiron has a form of OCD that taking testicular dysmorphia to a whole new level is not for me to say. We all carry our own individual load and when the bow breaks some of us blame our individual decisions on others, or some of us take responsibility for our own actions. To Kheiron, if this is something you want to do, I wish you luck. I do not think others will take their valuable time to judge you beyond this point. We are all here looking for something be it penis or testicular, who am I to judge? I agree with a few people's opinion, it seems to be to the extreme but so is the desire to be 7 or 8 Girth, to me at least. It works for some and not for others.

I can see that there could be some health issues down the road, I doubt a doctor in the states would do it, maybe elsewhere though.

I find it odd that in his original post he stated he was worried about the likely reaction of other very important people. That is a contradiction in its self, thats what I don't understand.

Can you clarify how wearing formal clothing you could hide such augmentation without it bringing questions or people noticing such a bulge? That appears to be your concern is hiding it except to your sexual partners.

I would ask if you had elephantitis in the crotch if I saw such a bulge like that, if I even had enough gumption to say anything about it.

Yes, the main purpose is aesthetics. I like the look. I prefer this kind of look. I prefer the look that doesn't hide elective nature of the result.
And thank you for your concerns regarding stylish clothes. I already tried them - no major problems except for possible need of wearing one size bigger.

And surprisingly, even this size has been pretty concealable. The bulge is there but I never have my pockets empty - it turned out that a handkerchief, cell phone, keys, wallet or other things in pockets change the shape/profile of trousers in a way that the bulge becomes nothing extreme.

What you see in photos hasn't been planned to be exact model of what I want, only approximation to see how the bigger options would be affecting my day-to-day lifestyle. And surprisingly: not significantly.

I think torsion shouldn't be a problem since the implants tend to stick to the wall and testicles can be sewed to the scrotum (I've been told it's routinely done as a prevention of torsion). Given the possible weight, I would be very careful when avoiding necrosis. Going in multiple steps would be a possibility, but I think I would rather prefer expander implants or previous regular stretching with saline, which should result in thickening and strenghtening of tissue.

But sorry I must correct you. OCD you mentioned is a kind of disorder that is unrelated to what we are talking about. And dysmorphia is a very specific disorder of self-perception that requires that the person is not aware that he/she is taking things to extreme, the perception is distorted. But I am very well aware that what I want is "extreme" compared to what is statistically normal and that I am even above average.

It's my choice and I don't see who else should be blamed or praised for results than the one who commissions them (given that he has been informed about risks and the one responsible of surgery doesn't do mistakes beyond inherent risks of the process).
This kind of look, that is somehow extreme relative to other people's choices, is in accordance with my idea of aesthetic beauty. It's not a perception of beauty calibrated by such parameters as "being as natural as possible" or "being as normal as possible". It's something else requiring more open-minded approach when trying to apply any standards of beauty to it. For many of us, it's terra incognita


I believe a lot of people here are doing what they do because they feel they are too small and want to see themselves as more or less average (or a bit above average). Their motivation is the feel of lacking, of deficiency. For me, the motivation is growth, striving for something a lot above average. Yes, objectively I don't need it ... but most probably almost no one here objectively needs enlargement.

It's about the feel of what we want. What we consider beautiful.

About approaching of what we see as ideal. About what we feel that would be right for us. For me, I feel THIS is what would be fitting for my person and that it would be in it's very unusual way beautiful.

Well if you are using the DSM IV or V guidelines as your rule of thumb you and I both know that the clinical interpretation of such forms of psychosis is a gray area, no matter how many hours or years you have under your belt clinically labeling patient's behavior can be difficult. And I hate to inform you, your opinion has a sample bias, your infatuation of the procedure is clearly distorting your personal judgement. Are you a sex therapists by some odd chance? But whatever amigo it is your testicles, if you have fertility problems down the line due to tissue Necrosis that may be natural selection kicking you in the Balls...literally! There can be no sample bias where is no sample. Perceptual distortion, the subjective normalcy of requests, is a key feature of the dysmorphophobia construct.
It seems you enjoy fantasizing about the most pessimistic possibilities. Please, keep such for yourself.
I prefer finding ways how to realize it safely.
