 Hunky Dory took the words right out of my mouth. It's really body modification to me (just my opinion). It's strange to me - but not in a BDD way (I've seen BDD and it's not this...impairment w/ life functioning is a big part of it). Anyway body mod includes those huge HHH size breast implants. And exactly like H.D. said - there may be more biology concerns here than with the breast which is just not as functional as Balls - or as easy to harm (aside from nursing a baby I guess - not sure how those giant boob women do it). The thing is , there's sort of an audience for women with those massive tits...i'm not sure who is gonna be into the Balls... from what I understand the saline guys are mostly gay. And, as a gay guy, I don't think I'd ever be into a guy with that going on down there. It's a little too much.
