TOPIC: First PMMA

Been using a Bib Hanger and X4 extender off and on for a few years. I'm a "hard gainer" so I get frustrated often. I just started preparing to go to Dr. C for my first round of PMMA in January/February. To prepare, I've been hangin 5lbs straight down 20 min; then 10lbs over left leg 20 min; then over right leg 20 min; then wearing the extender as long as I can handle or until my glans begin getting cold. I usually jelq with Vaseline after I get out of the shower. I also take a collagen supplement. I'm trying to condition my penis to increase my odds of a great PMMA outcome. I plan to continue taking the collagen supplement for a few months after round 1, and take Cialis for day and a half after procedure. I saw Big John started Hanging and wearing X4 writhing a couple months of round 1 and thought I'd do the same. Also, I asked Dr C's office if a passport book or passport card were acceptable and was told the card is fine. I plan to fly into SD, take shuttle to TJ, stay the night at the hotel the office recommended, PMMA the following day, then fly back home the next day after I have one final checkup. Thoughts on 3 days/2nights?

I think that is plenty of time.
I stayed a couple of nights for my round 1 and for round 2 I flew in and out on the same day.

I hanged and stretched for a couple years right up to my first appointment. wade seemed to like how stretchy my Flaccid was. made it easier to work with during the procedure apparently.

After the procedure wade did not tell me to wear a stretcher. Prob cause my Flaccid hang was pretty good. I also was very swollen for 5 days after the procedure. so wearing any device would have been difficult. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights Wade does suggest stretchers for some guys.

Prob 2 months is a good time to start device stretching. I'm just sticking to manual stretching and kegels for now which is working very well. i started 3 weeks post opt haven't touched my Hanger or stretcher. Im 6 weeks post opt.

I usded a passport card to get out of the country which is what my driver used as well

I've been reading about people finding flights to SD for barely over $100; but when I look, they're about $400 and up. Where can I get them cheaper? Will be staying at the hotel Dr. C's office recommended.

I am a huge hard gainer here. Nothing works for me (Hanging, pumping, stretching, etc). I am considering seeing Dr. C as well.. and would love to see you continue post your progress.

What is your current measurement? Are you a Grower? Does your Flaccid turtles a lot?

I am worried that the bad Turtling might ruin the PMMA injection....

Everyone talks about this Wade. Is he from Dr C's office?Is he on this forum? How can I get in touch with him?

southwest have some great prices. The closer you are to SD the cheaper of course. My ticket cost me $141 Return! but I was in northern California then. Driving to SD would have cost more than the plane ticket and would have taken many hours...

The PMMA (once firmed up - solidified so to speak) will help Turtling, and support having a longer and thicker Flaccid hang.

Don't do it if you dont have enough money because it will take you multiple sessions to perfect the look of it.

This is not something you finance. It's almost guaranteed that one operation is enough. I've done 4 and I'm still a lumpy mess. You should wait until you have enough for two procedure or at the very least 1 and a touch up. So about 4k minimum. No there is no financing in Tijuana. You could use a credit card to pay through Paypal however.

You will likely require two sessions at minimum. Save up so that you have money reserved. I would save enough for three sessions/touch ups to be safe.

HH7, what dates in January or February are you going? I'm scheduled for Jan. 14th. I'm trying to stretch with an ADS ESL-40, but the silicone cup stretches too, so no max pull. I think I'm gonna try weights next, but not sure how to go about it yet.
I'll probably wear the ESL-40 right after surgery to elongate the prick so it doesn't turtle to 1.5" like it always does. I'm worried about getting on the plane in SD and getting scanned. It may be we're in the same boat!

Hudsonhawke7, the senior members here know, so I'd prepare for at least 2 to 3 procedures. Like jewdub said, 4K is about right including estimated travel and lodging, etc. Preparing for a procedure is not only a financial commitment, it's also a lifetime commitment. I wish you the best.

By the way, can you post your starting stats so we can know your goals. Also post your demographics such as age, martial status, etc, as these factors are relevant to what percentage of PMMA is right for you. The older you are and more settled in a relationship you are, the more you might want to consider 30%, whereas, the younger you are and less settled in a relationship, you might want to consider 10%. Additionally, aesthetics is a factor for you to consider when deciding on either 10% or 30%. From what I know, Dr. C no longer does 20%, so that's why I noted that only 10% or 20% is available.
