I had 2 procedures. I needed some aesthetic correction and wanted more Girth after round 1. Round 2 was successful and don't plan on going back--altho the micro droplets are tempting. I think this is a key component of getting a good outcome. You want to keep the penis elongated so the product does not bunch as it sets. Granted this is not the only factor, but I think it is a major one.
