It would be really great to see you gain as I know it means a lot to you and I am aware you've put a lot of effort in over the years, but I can't help but get the feeling that this is a risky situation to put yourself in. If you were selected, could you get a guarantee that you would receive aftercare in case something goes wrong? In fact, could you get a guarantee you'd get aftercare, advice, treatment etc after the procedure regardless of how it went? It almost comes across as if he's looking for voluntary guinea pigs for an experimental procedure. I'm sure you've thought this all through, but I'd spend abit longer considering the potential dangers.
