Some have had the procedure done just last year. I've seen some great results. I can tell you I know what doctors to stay away from. Unfortunately there is no standardized PE procedure as there are for cosmetic enhancements to other areas of the body. The reason for this is that the success rate of methods used to date haven't been high enough. Hence few Dr's offer PE and of those that do, they often differ in the method they use. Gains can't really be predicted either as results with these procedure are very unpredictable. 2 guys can have the same procedure, with one gaining next to nothing and the other over an Inch. Cost is anything from '2500 to $15000 depending on which procedure you choose, where you go and in some cases how many time you go. But it will increase Flaccid length in most guys. Generally speaking, surgical PE options are pretty rubbish, hence very few Dr's do them.
