Maybe one more thing besides talking to her after procedure, she gave me a cup of tea while I was looking at the boxes of metacrill (pretending like i know if it's original or not). Good to hear you are well. As you're only 10 days out I think there is a good chance you'll have some collagen growth coming which will give you some more size. You could well end up with 0.75 gain which would be great. I think the more time you can abstain from sex the better (within reason, lol) to give your unit the max time to heal and for the product inside to settle. From all the threads I've read on this site, it seems to be best if you hold out for at least 2 weeks. It's interesting as you said that you had "absolutely no swelling, bruising or pain." What was your post-op or after-care procedure? Did you massage, wrap, etc. How did you manage to keep your penis elongated apart from getting erections? Look forward to more updates and best wishes. Dr. Nemeckova like many other good doctors will be only too happy to help, so I suggest taking a picture of your penis Erect (and Flaccid if necessary) to highlight the fact that more of the PMMA has settled in the region towards the glans, and send it to the Dr. by email explaining that you would like to have the PMMA distributed in round 2 more towards the base so that you end up with a more even distribution. This way you wont have to worry about getting an Erection in front of the doctor on your next visit to show what you need. You can just describe it to her and she will be able to reference your picture. Also, you say that in your Flaccid state you are around 3" length and 3.5" Girth. This is by no means small and definitely not a micro penis. In my Flaccid state I measure anywhere between 2-4" length and about 3.5-4" Girth, depending on body temperature, etc. If you do go for round 2, you can probably be more prepared than before. You might even take your sleeve with you and ask Dr. N what she thinks about wearing it. Don't worry about being shy to buy Cialis at the chemist, just put it out of your mind. Otherwise you can probably order it on-line. I think maintaining an Erection for a period of time, in that crucial first 48 hours after the op, will be helpful.
