I highly doubt she injected 10% emulsion. For penile augmentation she only uses 30% ( what she explained to me )

Is it possible some of it seeped out during the first days? And is it possible the remaining settled in areas where there was little PMMA before so when you measured the size was the same but more uniform along the peen.

Quite a few guys have had bad second rounds but that mainly was on 10% but maybe you body too just didn't make a lot of collagen. Just trying to figure it out too.

It's a possibility Michael. I have no reply from the dr in Prague. I am so angry at the moment , I will tell her when I see her in person that I am not happy about this !!!

Well guys. If I can be the voice of moderation for a second. I'm really sorry about your complications superman. It sucks. But please let's not jump to conclusions about whether she's not injected you with PMMA or used10% or whatever. I'm not saying that's not possible, but We have no basis for this opinion really. Dr n always showed me sealed syringes complete with serial and batch numbers. And sadly you aren't the first to report low gains. Dr c seems to have gone downhill too.

I gained virtually nothing from 17cc 30% with Dr. C in round 2. It's been 3-4 mos. I had gains initially, but they're almost all gone.

I don't know dude. It's all so hit and miss. Who knows. It seems to me though that the potential advantages for a plastic surgeon of selling a fake product just aren't there. I'm sure they make a healthy mark up on metacril. Would they really dilute stuff to make more cash? I doubt it and I hope not. If that was the case why wouldn't standard procedure be to pump us with 50 cc's and let most of it ooze out of the injection sites. They have their reputation to think of. If this forum was full of nothing but horror stories. We wouldn't go to that Dr. Dr n seemed to me. To be honest and not the least bit keen to push product. Talk with her and see what she can do for you. Maybe she'd agree to some kind of pro bono deal.

I did send an email to dr nemeckova but had no reply , I am going on Saturday and will speak to her face to face and will see what happens.
Restoration I feel your pain mate . I am so pissed off !!! Makes me angry after spending money and all the travel involved ! Hope we both gain more on the next round !

she should be there because I asked for dates and the following weekend the dr N is in Prague. I would just like to say don't be too pushy, intimidating or otherwise impolite as Czechs like all other Europeans don't accept such a behaviour easily. You signed a contract there, probably you did not read it like everybody else but I might say there is some clause saying that 'success' is individual and clinic can't be held responsible for this and that. I don't know it for sure but I'd say they have to cover their back. Anyway good luck - I'm in similar boat - my gains are getting smaller and I'd say before my round 2 next month, I'll be on the starting point. I'm glad for all the happy guys but if you ask me if I knew how little I get for the price and stress, I would not have gone through with it.

I second undecided's advice. It's easy to walk into Dr. N's office both angry & emotional, but just remember that she's ultimately a healthcare professional and give her the benefit of the doubt that she's keen on learning about your situation. Cordial communication will be key, especially since English isn't her first language. If possible, bring photo copies of before & afters so that she doesn't think you are simply expressing unrealistic expectations. Hopefully, she'll offer a fair solution to the problem.

And I also think it's highly unlikely these doctors are using diluted and/or (intentionally) false product in order to boost profits... it just wouldn't work. We live in the internet age, and with forums like this one, such a practice will fall flat on its face. Not to mention all the legal & medical ramifications, licenses and reputations.

And our bodies reactions to these products can* vary. I posit that two men with nearly identical penile dimensions having had the same amount of product injected in nearly the same exact way may easily yield two different results. It's also plausible that nutrition, medication(s), and conditions can affect gains. I had an amazing gain Round 1 (1" in Girth), but Round 2 yielded a gain so negligible I might as well have not done it. But Round 3 was effective and gains came again. Weird right?

Good luck superman, I'm hoping you find a resolution and that you ultimately achieve some gains. Go to Prague and be politely assertive about your situation, and I'm sure Dr. N will help.

Guys I had booked the appointment long before all this happened, I am not gonna show up like that, ahhh . i am very polite so I want cause any drama when I am there but for sure I will make her understand how disappointed I am and for an explanation . I will keep you update and wish me good luck !
