No it's not permanent since no one uses permanent fillers in the glans (as of yet, and it is probably not advisable if it was being used).

Normally I could really care less if someone decided to get PMMA, the only thing I care about is that most people get help to overcome their insecurities about their size. I have defended guys on here that have bigger than average size dicks that took the time to really research this procedure and then they made an informed decision . You really ought to pause your inquiries and do some thorough reading & research (as in "I'm politely asking you to just chill for a bit"). Going in for my first round Friday asking for 30% hoping for an at least 0.7 Inch Girth gain which would put me at 6.7 Girth another two rounds after I should sit at 7.5 without a problem.
