I would let the doctor assess the number of CC's. Your penis is much longer than mine, so I think you would be disappointed with only 40CCs as it is only slightly over half of what you would need to achieve the same ratio. I'll explain: My penis was 6 x 5 (a little more but lets just use this for simplicity). Using my basic math skills, that means that I received a total of 40CCs of PMMA across my 30 cubic inches of penile size. Thus we could state that for every Inch of cubic penile mass that my body had, I received 1.33 CC of PMMA.

Given that your penis is 9 x 6, you would have a total penile mass of 54 cubic inches. To get the same "ratio" of PMMA as my penis, you would need to multiply 54 x 1.33 which comes out to 72 CCs to get to the same ratio. But you're best to talk to the doctor about the exact figures. I used 10% throughout and 1 CC of 30% at the base on both sessions.

I thought I would just bump my thread to state the following:

Basically 3+ years of PMMA.

No new issues, no new bumps, cancer, or ridges. Still have the same "slight" ridge under the head and slight "Nodule" bottom right side. I think it is just a clump of more dense PMMA. Very hard to detect.

Nobody has ever called me out. Had one instance with a woman where she noticed it was inflamed. I think I blamed it on spider bites from Indonesia or something like that.

Psychological update:
My penis depression is now cured. I rarely (if ever) focus on penis size. Prior to the procedure penis size was a very serious issue for me and absorbed a disproportionate amount of attention. This time spent worrying about my penis was very unproductive time, and looking back I was not operating at my full potential because of my penis size obsession. In this sense, actually, the procedure paid for itself several times over by now because I can focus on my job etc.

As time goes by, you forget that you have a big penis, and only when your penis needs to come to task do you remember that it is big and sufficient.

For women, I think to some women it really does matter a lot. For others, not much (but still probably a bit). The good? news is that women still try to manipulate men despite having a big one. I'm not a doctor, but I am a scientist. If I had to pinpoint the cause I would say that because of where the material is placed on the penis it can cause friction and irritation (that you cannot feel). This can cause some inflammation and swelling when your penis is used frequently. On the good, it makes it even bigger, on the bad, it looks a bit inflammed, even to an untrained eye.

Although it isn't official, and I don't have an appointment date, I responded to Avanti Derma's "new year special" and I've tried to get an appointment for sometime between now and April (if available). Going to do a full session, 10%, and go for the "smooth finish" microdot technique. After that, 100% I am absolutely finished. I've had 2 rounds, a very good outcome. I just think I would like to be consistently over 6" EG, that was my original goal and I am going to stick with the plan.

I know the wife can handle the extra size, as can other women - I think there is enough "demand" from the ladies at around 6" EG that that is where I want to be size wise.

I know I don't want to be up around 7" or anything crazy like that. But a bit extra (currently at around 5.7" - 5.9" EG). My body seems to take the PMMA fairly well, I have not had any big issues so far. I like the feeling of 10% once it is settled, it feels as natural as my natural Cock did - so I think it should be fairly low risk. I am not doing this because I feel like I am too small or anything like that, I just feel like it would be pretty cool to have a bit more. I totally get where you're coming from. I'm at around 5.5 Girth and even though I'm happy, and most chicks cum from me fucking them, I would love to have that "umph" factor. I definitely get where you are coming from. When I first entered into this I had it set in my mind I wanted to be 6" in Girth (started at 4.5") After 3 rounds (the 3rd of which I had zero gains) I am at 5.75"~5.8" depending on how tight I wrap the tape measure. I think that is my stopping point.
