I'll try and take a pic later to show the minimal bunching that occurs when the skin is really pulled back. The more you go the greater the Risk so I am contemplating it. This last round had the most complications, mind you they were minimal but non he less it wasnt as smooth sailing as the previous rounds. But if you want to ignore clear signs, as well as the treasure trove of knowledge on this board, showing empirically, that every additional procedure increases your risk of problems, then I say proceed with caution.
