I do not want to get into the details at this point (perhaps later) but based on my own prior legal background, I believe I have a strong case. I am posting this note in a couple of places within the forum as it does not exactly fall under the existing topic headlines. I am hoping someone has considered taking action in the past and may be able to recommend a law firm as I don't see myself 'cold calling' law firms to discuss this very delicate subject with random people who will most likely refer me to others. I don't think this is something I can go through but it is not a reason I should not take action. If any of you has considered taking action and has contacted or knows attorneys that would deal with this then I would be grateful to get their contact information. I am (of course..) aware of the fact that I am not disclosing (at this stage) the name and location of the physician (which is, of course, key when locating a bar qualified attorney in the relevant state). I would be happy to disclose more on a 1:1 conversation (please feel free to message me) or even talk start my quest with an attorney at a different state that may be aware of this type of surgery and its faults and that may help me get to the right individual in the relevant state without forcing me to call dozens of firms and have to discuss with irrelevant individuals intimate details. Again, I have not disclosed much in this message (I am aware of it) but am convinced that I have a strong case (and others may be in a similar position here...) and things are not looking good for me, I need to begin pursuing this option due to statute of limitation issue.
