I thought there was a mistranslation at first too based on the name (not racist just figured there was no way he could've said that), but that shouldn't be if it's doctor Herb Singh in Austin considering he went to MIT and Penn for medical school and sounds American as Tom Brady (see him here: ), so I'm guessing Dark misunderstood the explanation of the procedure. But maybe not, and if that is what he did, as the single full-Removal patient here we need to know that. I really hope he can get in contact with the dr's office and report back again. When cutting the PMMA out, Dr Singh would have tried to preserve as much dartos tissue as possible and wouldn't have removed the tunica. Given Darkstaff was back to normal a few months after surgery, we know that is exactly what happened. If the tunica had been removed he'd have ED and Dr Singh would never have done that surgery! If the dartos layer was completely removed his shaft skin would attach the the penis, like a skin graft and wouldn't move. When the Dermatologist did them, he dissected the nodules off the dartos (which didn't work entirely well in all cases). As time went on, and I got other nodules taken out, the PMMA was stuck more to the dartos. The Urologist couldn't separate the two...but I also had an open wound for months that complicated things. Gelman mentioned something about the dartos being very important for lymph and that when you start getting PMMA in there and having it stick to the dartos, you get post-sex swelling and stuff like that... but i think most guys say that the post sex swelling stops after a while. I noticed it for 2-3 hours max. The Penis Pump does the same thing. I must be nuts. I keep thinking about getting PMMA to go from ~6-6.5 Girth to like 7 or more for that "wow factor" (though I've been leaning against it since I'm a good size) but this really opens my eyes. I guess if I were single this wouldn't be an issue but my wife is super duper duper tight. I get really raw from sex sometimes as it is. I still recommend him. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer at the early age of 44 ... I had my prostate removed by an elite Dr in NYC ... I told him about the PMMA... and after the procedure, he told me that I had PMMA in my lymph nodes that he extracted. I have perm. ED now ... and even with removing my prostate, the cancer came back, so I went through 70.5 Gy or radation and I had 9 months of Lupton (hormone) therapy... Still have a small bump (scar tissue) reminder on the base of my penis, and some scaring around the base ... Would I do PMMA again? hell no.
