TOPIC: Taking the PMMA plunge

Major problem. I have a large collection of PMMA in my scrotum. It seems to have migrated in a major way to the "turkey neck" where my scrotum meets my penis. It is very bad and I am very worried about what all that collagen is doing hardening around my Balls. OMG.

Are you sure that this is the PMMA product and not some additional swelling and/or edema? I'd take pictures right away and email/call the doctor's office asap. Keep us posted and good luck.

I spoke to wade, and he assured me that it is literally impossible for the PMMA to migrate into the scrotum or the turkey neck, as these areas are not connected in the same layer of tissue where they inject the product. I'm not as up on my penile Anatomy as I would like to be (going to fix that this evening), but that sounds correct based on some very cursory glances at anatomy drawings. He assured me that there is no way for PMMA to leak into the scrotum and then intermingle with all of those important functional areas. My mind or about 10 minutes went to, " holy shit my sack is full of PMMA and collagen is going to form in my testicles and I'm going to lose my Balls."

Not the case. Wade says swelling of the turkey neck area is very common, and should subside in a couple days. I will keep you posted on that.

Everything else is great, swelling going down, aesthetics steadily improving, and if it's Erect it just looks straight up dangerous. Fat as hell.

No prob DWD, I doubted it had anything to do with migration, but I'm not the expert here so glad you got a hold of their office. It seems that no one's "swelling" post-op is really the same. Some resolve quickly (like me), others start off black and blue! (like GSXR), and in your case, even turkey neck swelling.

Hey buddy, I have the bowling pin look too. It will get better as the weeks go by, but will take a second round to correct completely. I am hoping to resolve mine in 10 days or so. Best of luck. Your outcome looks very similar to mine and we had very similar units to start and a similar dose of 30% and 10% so you should be pleased as I am. What are your measurements? The only problem I have with the bowling pin (other that aesthetics of course) is it will allow air to get into your wife's vagina during sex and make that infamous farting noise lol. Ok, the day 4 update. The turkey neck issue I described is resolving a good amount. The base still is swollen and oddly shaped, it seems to just be full of fluid still. Makes it difficult to measure that area as I can't really tell what is actual usable penis and what is fluid filled turkey neck that won't be inserted anyway. Who knows, it's an odd area though. The swelling has dropped a lot, and my Dick has gone from frankenweenie to a real looking penis again.

So the measurements:

Behind Glans: 5.25" (was 4-4.25")

Mid Shadt: 5.125" (was 4.375")

Base: 5.25" (was 4.8", again this area is extremely hard to measure.


I'm hoping I hold on to what i have now, I'm right at .75 gain for the most part and i really don't want to lose
What I have gained now. It's been hard watching so much of the gains get absorbed. I know it was never real and was only fluid, but damn when Erect it was so beautiful. Oh well, I'm gonna go again in 6 weeks and go for another full Girth session. I really want to get between 5.5 and 6. When I was there it felt great. Hopefully I can actually attain that.

I hope you keep the .75 too bro. But either way I think a round 2 will solidify the gains your after. Which is great, because i think we all (those interested in PMMA) have come to terms with a follow up round.

You are in the loss stage, don't let it get you down because soon the growth will start! Easy to say, right. I will be very happy if I have the gains you have with PMMA. Like Hulk says it is almost a must that this process is multiple steps! Hoping for great success!

Speculating on permanent gains will drive you mad. Just stop. PMMA is not a one application fix. It should also be noted that size will fluctuate for months and one can still lose size even 6 months post op. I recommend waiting 9 - 12 months to assess final gains. I know of several members besides myself that lost size at 8 months post op. Smartman was wise in suggesting a 1 year assessment period. If you know before the 1 year mark that you'd like more size, then by all means book a subsequent round.

Don't get me wrong, at this point I'm feeling like I've got some pretty amazing results, and in the grand scheme of things, the idea that this is possible at all now is pretty damn awesome. Just gotta stick with it and realize it's not a one time shot (bad joke). Anyway, I will keep you guys posted and I shall somehow stop speculating about future losses. I can tell you that walking out of a PMMA appointment is like winning the lottery, only to get home and watch half of what you just got go to taxes. It's disappointing to say the least. Day 6:

I am at 4 7/8 MSEG, down from 5 1/2 post op. watching that size go away has been hard, but that still puts me at a solid 1/2 gain midshaft, and more of a gain behind the glans and at the base. Overall it's a massive success so far. All of the swelling at the scrotal area is gone (whew that was scary), and overall everything is extremely aesthetic. Flaccid I have a little bit of a floppy ring, Erect its perfect. Some needle like pains around the circ scar when I press on it, but thats getting less pronounced by the day. Overall, it's pretty fantastic. Seeing myself at 5.5 MSEG haunts me though, I really want to get back there. I hope
Dr. C is willing to just load me up on the 30% next session. I'm hoping I get a little collagen growth, but if it holds at 1/2 gain I won't complain.

Day 8.

Things have stabilized and I'm getting a little collagen growth. I'm holding at a solid 5" Mid shaft. I am almost frightened to say this, and if I were superstitious I wouldn't, but it looks perfect. There is a little ridge on the bottom right near the base, nothing worth crying about to me, and my circ ring is slightly puffy, but at this point I'd do a nude scene in a movie Flaccid without blinking an eye. That's incredible on two levels. One, I wouldn't be scared to be naked in front of a camera because my Dick is now a pretty nice sized specimen, 75th percentile or so, so yeah, I'll just whip it out now, why not? Second, the aesthetics are that good. Dr. C is an artist.

So my only complaints would be that there is still a little bit of sharp pain in various places when, umm, squeezing it, and that my fianc' and I broke up. Maybe I scared her with my still swollen post op result, she never saw it she only felt it. Maybe she was planning on leaving the whole time, who knows. Either way, although I'm pretty devastated about that, I'm extremely happy with my new Dick.
