I wont lie, I have a personal and secrete competition going on in my head against the other members who have PMMA for the "most natural" look!!! LOL Im pretty happy with my results, but a round 2 for aesthetics is wanted and perhaps even needed. I will not be looking for Girth if my numbers remain constant. Hell, even if they shrank down some midshaft i'll be fine. Here is a pic with my problem areas i'll want to address with a possible round 2 -Slight unevenness on base shaft -Slight uneveness on circ scar -VERY slight uneveness on left side transition area from base to midshaft I'll also request that they get closer to the glans.
