TOPIC: New here and strongly considering pmma

I also forgot to mention that I now have a ridge on the top of the shaft at the closest point to the glans. It is not visible only palpable and doesn't bother me at all, but I felt it was important to mention for the sake of the accuracy of sharing my experience.

Here are 2 pics at day 12. I am amazed at how natural this looks and feels. I hope things are as good at the end of my 3rd round.

This is why a low circ line should be mandatory. I've said it time and time again, compliant skin is the key to success.

Congrats, notsureyet82. Looks like you have great results after just 1 round.

Is the swelling totally down yet? If so, what are your gains now? Is the "ridge" your original circ line or some kind of formation?

The ridge is just a slightly harder spot that is only palpable when Erect. I am not sure if it is the original circ scar tissue that is just more prominent now because of the volume under it or if it is a PMMA Nodule, but it is really not a big deal. It is hardly noticeable to me and definitely isn't to my wife. I have not measured since my last posted measurements right after the procedure. I will try to get it done and posted after Christmas. I think the swelling is mostly gone, but I honestly don't know as this is my first procedure and everyone on here seems to agree that the measurements aren't final until at minimum 6 weeks post op and most likely more. I am very pleased with the improvement even having not measured. It looks and feels big and thats great. I am really looking forward to round 2 in February and just hope that my unit turns out this well the second time. Thanks for the support.

I also have a very large Nodule/ridge on the left side of my unit under the fat pad at the base. It is also not visible, but is very hard to the touch. Luckily it is in an area that nobody will ever notice it. Oh and I scheduled round 2 for Feb 8th.

I would also like to comment that the PMMA seems to be getting more and more stiff by the day. It still feels pretty natural, but is definitely harder than it was last week and I can feel it now. I still don't think my wife would notice. Unfortunately she hasn't touched it since about day 5 due to the fact that she has the Flu. That sucks for her lack of input, but also because between Miracle 7's testosterone regiment and my extreme desire to use this thing, I am having a rough time. If I don't get laid soon I am going to have a really hard time keeping my sanity. On a different subject, I am not sure if I want to get 30% the second go round. Has anyone gotten 10% after 30%? I like the large amount of size that I gained and am extremely pleased with my result, but I am just thinking about the ridge I have in the fat pad at the base of my unit. It is no big deal but only because of its location. If I had a lump that large and hard at mid shaft or near the glans I would feel much differently about it. It would be a very big deal at that point. Any advice is welcome. Thanks to whomever is following my progress.

Can I expect the hard spots to soften with time? Also has anyone else had issues with getting an Erection by yourself after PMMA? I see my wife naked or look at porn I am hard as a rock, but I cannot achieve an Erection from masturbating without some visual stimulation which has never happened to me before. It is not a big deal, but it is a change so I think it is worth noting. Also for anyone reading this please read the 4 posts above this one as they are all from today and I have just been typing as thoughts come to me.

I'm following your progress buddy. Glad to see my T protocol is working for you. Nurse your wife back to health so you can test out your new tool. I've had 10%, 20% and scheduled to receive 30% at R3. I too have spots that are harder than others and definitely palpable (especially using a single finger and pressing/rubbing around the shaft). I don't believe PMMA concentration is the determining factor here. PMMA settles differently in every individual and in every case. The microspheres (beads if you will) may be in closer proximity to one another in some areas causing a rougher/harder area. Some areas will soften over time and some areas that are currently soft may harden. PMMA penile bioplasty is not a perfect solution. These areas can be addressed at your next office appointment. Ridges can be broken up with a smaller cannula and hard spots can be softened with 10% PMMA application or a Kenalog (corticosteroid) injection. I'd prefer the 10% over the Kenalog personally. Remember to not go too big and allow skin elasticity for future touch ups. Dr. Casavantes and R.N. Wade have a great deal of experience at doing corrections. Don't worry about it. It will NEVER be perfect but the end result can be quite acceptable. If you don't go overboard and instead choose a modest approach at your next round and focus on symmetry, I believe you will be much happier with the end product.

Miracle, thanks again for the T protocol. It is working wonders. I have been hitting the gym really hard for the past 2 weeks and its the first time I have lifted in 2 years. I am loving it. I am 5'10" tall and currently 189 lbs. with around 18% body fat. 2 years ago I was 213lbs with 7% body fat. I did have anabolic/androgenic helpers at that time, but this is the first time that I feel like my old self with that kind of motivation and desire to go to the gym since then. I thank you for that as I am not ever planning on doing steroids again and due to my previously mediocre test levels I doubt I would have ever found the motivation to go back. The only complaint I have is the raging sex drive with nowhere to release. Thats probably another reason for the new found gym obsession lol. I have a feeling I will be thanking you for that also once the Mrs. gets well, although mine has a fairly low drive as you have mentioned yours does. Ok guys, I finally had the chance to try this thing out. The good news is that the wife really enjoyed it. She said it was painful at first, but once she warmed up it felt huge and felt amazing. The bad news is that I had not had a good Erection in over 2 weeks and I must admit it was somewhat painful. The large ridge at the base of my unit felt like it was stretching or tugging when I got a full Erection. It was pretty uncomfortable. I assume its because all of the newly formed collagen was stationary for a few weeks and then suddenly stretched out. It isn't a deal breaker as I still enjoyed the sex, but I do hope that it softens over time or that Dr. C can fix it in February. All and all I am still happy, but my perfect outcome is no longer perfect. My theory is that since I hang to the left and my unit stayed in that position for nearly 2 weeks that may be some of the reason for the extra build up and forming of the ridge on the left side of the base. It may be worth it for future PMMA candidates to make a conscious effort to move their unit around for several weeks after the procedure. Possibly wear tight underwear so you can position it differently ever day. I dunno, its just a thought. There may be nothing to it. Also when fully Erect the ridge moves up the shaft from the base and is definitely noticeable. Good thing I am married. Any thoughts?

Noysureyet congrats on enjoying your new toy. Is the ridge hard? Or can you feel hard lumps or beads in the skin.

I'm not married so concerned about possible question that could come up if I get PMMA.

Bones, I cannot feel any lumps or beads. You wouldn't feel the beads anyway as they are microscopic, but the ridge at the base is pretty hard. It has a similar feel to the cartilage in your ears or nose. That is pretty much the only imperfection that I have. I will also note that there is a slight amount of discomfort over the entire shaft when it is Erect and gets squeezed. I am sure it will pass in time and the pain is very slight, but it is noticeable. Did anyone else have pain when squeezed with new PMMA?

Hi Notsure,

We had PMMA on the same day.

You received 21cc of 30% Metacril and 3cc of 10% Metacril.
I received 18cc of 30% Metacrill and 2cc of 10% Metacrill.

In my opinion, getting erections from manual stimulus is a little harder than what we were used to because the nerve endings are now further spaced apart due to stretched skin/larger unit, at least that's how it feels to me. Happy for anyone with more biology knowledge to correct me, but it just feels to me like I'm not quite as sensitive as I was pre-operation. That's good news for me because I'd like to last a bit longer. I haven't had sex yet but received a few blow jobs from my new girl and had to masturbate to finish.

I suggest taking Cialis and obtain erections as often as you can to condition your penis to it's new shape. Even if it doesn't fix your problem, I would imagine frequent erections would facilitate loose skin which will be ideal for future rounds of PMMA.
