It's looking really good. I wish I could convince you to stop there and work on the cosmetic issues, but I know I wont be able to. Size wise you are now doing great, but the head shaft ratio is going to look odd is you get much bigger. Now it still looks really natural and thick.

Subcision might well get rid of the dent. What you've got is actually pretty similar to an acne scar or rolling scar. It's when the skin is stuck down and anchored with scar tissue. A cannula like device, with a sharp edge can be used to raise the skin from the scar tissue. You might even be able to put some filler in at the same time. I might be worth contacting Dr C, as he lists acne treatments as one of his services. Urologist wont really have a clue, your issues are much more the domain of Dermatology now.
In my opinion though the more PMMA you have injected the harder it will be to fix. PMMA isn't going to go anywhere, you've got the rest of your life to have more injections. I don't mean to keep going on about this, it's just that I'm pretty sure that from a female point of view, fixing you aesthetic issues is more important. Most guys claim to be doing this for themselves, but if we weren't ever planning on having sex again, then none of us would do this, so really it is about making an impression of sexual partners.

hoddle10.....thanks again, your input has been most appreciated. The doctor in Prague did place a little PMMA under the scar..... to lift it, as she put it.

I understand what your saying about aesthetic issues but I am really not bothered about what women think. When you are 5.6" and 140lbs you get used to being over looked by the type of women that are overly concerned with aesthetics lol!

I recall with Dr. C that the minimum he'd ask a patient to wait was 6 weeks...and that was the absolute minimum. While it isn't a consensus (yet), after reviewing some progress reports you get the hunch (which isn't very scientific) that those who waited longer in between rounds experienced better results. Hard to say, but I personally would wait at least 3 months in between rounds.

Check out Mustang's story on having maybe having too much Girth... at 6" EG I'd recommend touch-ups at this point. 20ccs @ 30% when you are already massive may have drawbacks (both practically and aesthetically). This stuff isn't easily reversible. Good luck.

In this thread here. Read through it, I think in the later pages he mentions having some issues with maybe having had too much Girth. I think others have expressed similar issues.

I fully understand your thoughts as I too have a battle scar unit... I am not too concerned with looks too much as I am used to looking at a far from perfect penis every day. Having the extra Girth stretching my skin has done wonders for some of my old scars. Especially where I had stitches an Inch from the base on my shaft, originally it healed all twisted now six months on from rd1 it now looks great.

Paso......glad you understand......as you know it's just one of those things you have to live with....

It's never going to look pretty. I can only hope to get it a couple of grades less ugly. lol!

So the 16/6/12 is booked in............only 2 more weeks to go...

Will be taking Anavar again but this time throughout........I only took it for 12 days before. This time I will take it for 44 days.

I will decide on the amount of CC's on the day and go by what Dr N says.....
