TOPIC: Advice/support wanted. Booked for PMMA on 20 Jan

I've booked for PMMA with Dr Casavantes on Friday 20th January 2012.

I've been reading these forums and the new boards. As the procedure is getting closer I'm beginning to get more anxious and wondering whether I'm doing the right thing. My penis is 6 inches long by 5 inches Girth when Erect. I'm uncut. Pics are attached.

Ideally I'd like to be 6 inches Girth but desperately want a completely natural look and feel as I'm a gay man so chances are my partners have seen a lot more penises than your average woman.

I suspect an extra 0.5 inches Girth with PMMA should look completely natural. I want to have an even Girth from base to tip without a tapered Girth. Except for just before the glans which I suspect should be easier to disguise as I'm uncut.


Has anybody got any last minute advice or encouragement before I go ahead? Starting to get nervous and questions myself so any support or tips to get best results would be hugely appreciated.

A lot of gay guys are really fixated on their partners being "hung". In fact it's one of the first questions I hear when we start moving down that road. At 6", i cant really call myself "hung", so after PMMA, perhaps ill be able to be considered hung thick? And depending on the sexual role of the guy, if he's a bottom, he may want that feeling of extra thickness during anal intercourse.

In fact, while most women say they don't care about the size of a guys Dick, I would say a lot more gay guys are really only attracted to guys with bigger dicks. Thanks for the compliment bighat. I'm definitely opting for 10% as a way to keep gains sensible and avoid possible complications from what I've read. I agree with Bernardil though. Obviously I'm generalising here but men can be very very shallow when it comes to Cock size. Gay dating websites even list Cock size so guys can search for men who match their 'Cock size preferences'. I have one friend who insists on seeing multiple Cock pics from guys before meeting to ensure they're hung enough for him. @PR. No regrets. Kind of a miracle overall giving my starting stats. And I think Dr. C and Wade are the "A" team. I recommend them 100% with no reservations. My wife says I am "REALLY BIG" and she's not exactly inexperienced. While I will have to ask dR C. to add PMMA to the modest deflated area above circumsicion line, that's within tolerance and expectations and guidance that one will need a "touch up." I have no big issues but the process is not totally complete: another series of long flights, time out and risk of unexpected complications again. I think risks are lower with 10% personally, and hope I can resolve any remaining issues with that only. I think 20% PMMA is amazing but more unpredictable. re: gay men , that is fascinating. Hey I am a straight guy and rather shocked that gay men would be so cruel about size issues. There is an interesting website called "unhungheroes.com" that feature pictures of many (gay?) men with small erections. I thought alot of gay men liked smaller (fun) cocks? Remember 1 in 10 men is under 5 inches Erect and only 1 in 250/500 over 7 inches...1 in 300 has a "micro penis" and 1 in 10,000 is 10 inches.

@bighat - I think some bottoms really think of it as a personal achievement if they can take the biggest Cock around. I also think some bottoms think the size of the Cock of their sex partner is a reflection of their own desirability. pr2005, what did they say about you being uncut? I'm planning/saving for PMMA in the summertime. I have not been able to find much info on the procedure for natural penises. There was only one case I saw that did not turn out to well and they guy disappeared off the boards soon after. Did you see any before/after shot for uncut patients? How is the procedure different for you than for circumsized patients if at all?

beta - I've spoken to two uncut guys now who have had PMMA. Both have been absolutely fine.
What complications did the guy speak to experience?

The PMMA did go into his Foreskin and also his Dick had a really not good looking shape afterwards imo.

I support it, even though I have no clue about what you mean by 'alternative'. I tend to be too literal and dont get it if not stated directly most of the time.

I had my procedure Friday 20 Jan. All went well. As everybody here says the team were really friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had 18CC of 10% I stated that I'm more concerned with aesthetics and would comprimise a small amount of Girth gain in order to look better. I also requested as equal Girth as possible along the entire length (I wanted more of a cylinder than acone result - again my aesthetic preference.) I haven't taken any pics or measurements post procedure yet as I have a fair bit of bruising and swelling. My Foreskin is very swollen but it's fluid like so I'm not worried. There is one area just below my glans that Wade commented I need to keep an eye on. There does still feel like a small harder area there but my 48 hours post op is nearly up so I'm going to leave it and just see what happens next. I did a bit of massaging on the first day but was a bit nervous and unsure so held back more than I would have liked to have done. The morning after I was much better with my massaging and had 4-5 sessions massaging the next day that lasted 40 mins to an hour each. If anything I think I over massaged as made the swelling and bruising worse. The bruising was orignally quite dark and just at the base, since my massaging sessions the colour has faded but it's the entire length of my penis now. Going to leave it for now. Got my long flight home later today and will post pics and measurements once I've given everything time to settle. I've already booked for my second session but not for 3 months to give everything time to heal etc properly.
