TOPIC: Elist Implant 5 days out

You're only about 4 weeks out from the surgery..........as far as masturbating or any kind of sex, I would wait at least 3 months, but thats just me. You gotta make sure everything is healing the right way before any sex.
Its unbelievable how guys can have sex within 1 week after their PMMA shots, wow!

My Flaccid penis is incredibly stiff after surgery. Does swelling in the penis cause it to be stiff?

The implant causes your penis to be stiff in the Flaccid state & it will remain like that. It might loosen up but it will take a while.

Update - I've decided that I'm going to remove the implant. There continues to have swelling and the implant is slightly crooked. Looking into PMMA. How does it feel when you get and Erection, as firm as it would be naturally? Or slightly softer? Please post your experience of elist implant Removal and PMMA. If any veteran's are available to talk on the phone, please private message me. I want to speak with someone who's been through this in detail... Thank you,

G,its your body but you sound like one of the few that has had a successful implant - at least to date. I've had four surgeries and will tell you that anything you do down there will cause swelling for a while. Months later if you irritate it I went the PMMA route because of the horror stories of the elist implant but again, yours sound like it's on track. You've seen it through this long, why not give it some more time to heal - it takes a while! - before you perform another major invasive surgery on your junk. PM some of the older members who have had the implant and discuss what you're dealing with. I would definitely pause and breathe before taking this next step. Best of luck to you man.

Big John, Thanks for the reply, I have complications with the implant, it's not completely centered and the corner rubs my groin and causes swelling. I can't have it continue like this, even elist said he should remove it. So does the PMMA feel like? does it feel natural or more mooshy and softer?

It is really firm but again my first procedure was in January so i don't know what it will feel like a year from now - I had FFT before and it felt too soft. I would have done the implant last year but decided against it after I researched it and learned about all of the problems. The instant and permanent Girth aspect of it is very appealing. Sorry to hear about your complications. I wonder what the success rate is on the elist implant. We read about the complication cases but I wonder how many guys have done it with no complications and what the percentage is? I would think Dr Elist would publish that so that people understand the risks going in and know that it may not work out for them. With a free Removal surgery I would think that this kind of openess would actually help his business in the long run. I've dealt with two doctors to date and found both of them quite professional and I would recommend both Dr Giunta and Dr Casavantes without hesitation. This whole PE thing is still evolving - I just hope that when my youngest son is of age, and if he requires it, that the science will have evolved enough to make this as easy as a boob job. Keep us posted brother.

G55; read some of the threads about it. You can read mine as it details my experience with the silicone implant. If dr elist wants to remove it, then there is a problem for sure. You will never get a straight answer from him. what ever you decide, best of luck and we will be here to support you.

Re: elist publishing data about his implant success rate. No fucking way! He will never do that because it is like shooting himself in the face. No one and I mean no one will ever go for it if they see the TRUE data. That is exactly why his office continues to give incorrect info about the implant. This is why we keep seeing shills on this site and may be on other sites. I venture to say that less than 20% of his implants are successful and when I say successful, I mean not needing Removal. The implant, if it takes, is not easy to live with. It feels and looks like you have a hard on 24/7. It causes massive scar tissue that he incorrectly calls "capsule" to elude patients.

His implant has caused many men to be permanently scarred, physically, emotionally and psychologically including myself. Some of us fared better than others after Removal. I know of only two people who still have it and will not remove it in fear of disastrous results afterwards.

Sorry to hear about your complications! Did Dr. Elist specify what those complications were? And pardon the request, but do you have photos of your current swelling and penis? It could be very useful to the forum if you are comfortable with submitting some.

Skeptical, you know, I've not taken any pics due to the fact that I haven't liked the look of it since the surgery, from bruising and swelling. I don't even like looking at it since it doesn't look good. I want to remove it, and be done with it. My Dick was above average, so now i just want to go back to the way it was. I might do PMMA after every heals, but I will do TONS of research on it before I do. Plus it's in Mexico, and not totally feel comfortable, due to all the stories you hear about Tiajauna... It seems that PMMA patients have gotten good results.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal Green............once you get the implant removed, it will take some time to heal & your penis will be shorter that previous. After it heals, you will need to stretch for several months to get back to your original length.........then you may think about PMMA.
I would not even think of PMMA for about a year. Make sure you heal right & then stretch the penis to get back the length & you may gain some as some people have after getting the implant removed.

Jazzy, Did you have the implant and had it removed? Do you have the PMMA done?

I had the implant 3 years ago & had it removed............once you get it removed, you will need to let your penis heal because of the traumatic experience it will go through having a foreign object in there.

As for PMMA, I did not have to done to me yet........I am still stretching & will wait until I get more information on guys that have had it for more than a year. PMMA is pretty new so I dont want to jump in it like I did with the implant, big mistake.

Yes, after it had healed. Also, I gained 1.2 inches in Girth after taking out the implant. Thats the only benefit I would mention for anyone that had the implant.........& its permanent gain. Went from 5 inches in Girth before the implant to 6.2 after the implant was taken out.......was it worth the money I spent & going back fourth to figure out what was going on, heck no...........
The thing is to get your original length back because after the implant comes out, you will lose some Erect & Flaccid length. I talked to one guy that lost over 2 inches of his Erect penis after the Removal of the implant & he was devastated.
I talked to him & just told him to hang in there & once he healed right, to start stretching & you can gain everything back but you gotta put in the work.

I dont know much about PMMA, only from what ive read on these boards. Its great for Girth but how about length? For me, its always been about length.
