Yeah, took pics with iphone.Not too difficult to do.

Just slept 3 hours and am now checking on the situation. Its now swelled up to 6.0" mid shaft. Base and just below the glands is the same. The left side is significantly bigger than the right. Now have a small Nodule on the middle of under side my shaft. Trying to pinch and work it out. It is being subborn. Have a little white spot forming on top of shaft slightly to the right side of my circ scar.

Got to say, its huge from what I am used to. Watching porn nonstop to keep it as hard as possible. Just hope I can even out the symmetry, and the problem areas go away.

Definitely going in for a round two. Really want to use this badboy. Its going to be very difficult to wait 7 days.

What were your pre PMMA Flaccid stats ?

Day 2:

I don't really have any pre PMMA Flaccid pics. I was much more of a Grower than a shower. There would be huge variations in Flaccid size before. Hard to get an accurate measurement.

I did tell the older gentleman that I had the procedure. I didn't care. It was funny convo. We actually ended up getting dinner together because we didn't know anyone in town. No homo.

There are three injection sites at base. It appears the incision points have closed up. Can't squeeze any more fluid from there. When I asked they said they were going to do any near the glands, they said no. They must be moving away from that. They didn't mention what brand PMMA they used. I am assuming New Plastic.

No matter how hard I push the PMMA is not moving to where I want it to go. Was able to get rid of the Nodule on the underside though. A lot of swelling on the left upper side. Contusions are forming. Hope it doesn't come off looking too deformed looking. Gotta say I love the size though. Eager to use this.

I'm getting some massive swelling between the circ scar and the glands. Is this normal? Should I be massaging this? Putting ice on it??

I don't believe ice is necessary, however it is always wise to check with the Dr/Wade in this regard. The extent of how much much you swell varies person to person. I remember GSXR (if I'm not mistaken) had a Dick so purple & black immediately post-op that I personally was fearful of Necrosis. Turns out he was just a big-time bruiser. I'd be alarmed if the swelling didn't come down significantly in a weeks worth of time.
Is there any pain? It isn't unusual for there to be mild tenderness.

I'm just hoping it doesn't turn into the infamous ring close to the glands. I can't have a wang like that till the next time I come back for a second session.

There's no pain. Definitely sore. Massaging it doesn't seem like it is doing anything. Should I even be massaging the swelling?

Mine swelled big time in the same area. There is still a bit of swelling but it has gone down significantly and I'm 7 days post op now. I found a ridge forming in that area under the swelling on the left side on day two and massaged the hell out of it. I think it would have formed and been pronounced had I not caught it. Today is an important day for you to self examine and fix any trouble areas. It will be a bit more painful today but worth it in the long run. I think you'll be fine as well judging from your pictures.

3 days Post Op:

Swelling and bruising has gone down significantly. Still have swelling under shaft close to glands. Its slightly thinner at the circ scar. Kinda of have a hour glass shape to cock. Only time will tell.

Anyone know when are you suppose to stop wrapping your shaft with the gauze?

Just measured length. The hardest I could get was to 6.5". I was 7.0" to slightly above that before. Praying that this isn't permanent. Anyone else have the same problem??

I lost a bit as well but I think more a factor of EQ. I will start stretching and Hanging in another week or two once I think it's healed completely. I stopped wrapping after the first night.

Day 15 Post Op 1 -

I have been slacking making updates lately. Been very busy. Will update with pics and dimensions shortly.

My 1st sexual experience post ended up being terrible. It was on day 6. This girl I've been hooking up here and there insisted that I wear a condom. All I had were regular condoms. I could get it over the head but not the shaft. I went through 4 condoms trying to force it over my shaft. It ended up being painful below glans for the next 2 days. The girl said, "I don't understand, it fit over it before." I said, "Guess, I'm just harder for you now." (she liked that response)

Sex in general has not felt that much different. Just more resistance getting it in. I'm sure once I have my next procedure of 20% then it will be much different. Kinda has a feeling of filling them up now, although, she hasn't came any quicker. She's kinda lose compared to girls I've been with in the past though.

I love my Flaccid hang now. At day 7 it was the thinnest, but now, as of day 15, it looks so thick. Love it. My Erection on the other hand isn't as aesthetically appealing as it once was, but honestly, I'd rather have a fat Dick that's not that symmetrical compared to a thin Dick that is aesthetically looking. I plan on getting 3 sessions, so hopefully the last session will take care of any irregularities. It's also about a 1/4" shorter than it once was, but that may have to do with not stretching for weeks. Will pick up stretching again a few months after my second procedure.

Today, I had sex three times with that girl and now have significant swelling between glans and circ scar. Just when it seemed the swelling was going away. My Dick is useless in this state (very squishy while Erect) so now I'll have to wait a few days before I can have sex again. Is there anything I can take to reduce the swelling or any creams I can apply that could help with this?

Second procedure booked for February 22nd. That's exactly 6 weeks after the 1st procedure. Wanted to wait till at least February 29th, but they're all booked up and their prices increase in March. Hopefully, it is enough time for my member to heal.

Day 19

Finally had some time to post pics. Its not too evident in the pics but I still have swelling on the left side of the shaft that radiates to the under side of the shaft between the circ scar and glans. I'm beginning to get concerned with this area. Its been almost three weeks since the procedure.

When I'm fully erect you can see at the base there appears to be no PMMA. It's also not very symmetrical. Not sure how this happened as I massaged the hell out of it those 1st two days. Hoping that the next procedures will help in these areas.

Another issue is the lose in the length. Normally, when I'm fully erect I'm at 7" and above any day of the week. On the ruler pic, you can see a line drawn on it. That's my max length that I have achieved in the past. Here I am at 6.5" fully erect. That's a little over half inch decrease! Want to do a stretching routine, but know I can't. No bueno.

I'm trying to stay optimistic, but these things concern especially since we are dealing with a procedure with so many unknown variables.

Your length will return MGB. Mine took a while but returned to pre PMMA BPEL over the course of 6-8 weeks. I always kegel when fully Erect to stretch things out a bit. Don't worry and stay optimistic. Keep us posted.
