To the guys with nodules.... I hear that given a few months to even a year the nodules soften up and fade away?

Did several measurements over the past week and am frustrated. The past two rounds have netted me virtually no gains. Only made it slightly more symmetrical. I received round 3 - 17cc (12cc 20% 5cc 10%) and
round 4 - 21cc (5cc 10% 16cc 30%) for total of 38 additional cc's since round two. My question is where did these 38cc's go? My base two months after round 2 was 6.5" my base 53 days after round 4 is 6.0"?? (It's 6.25" at the bulge slightly above base)

Only thing I can think of that absorbed my gains is the Kenalog shot I received round 3. What about round 4? Waited a 1 year between round 3 n round 4. Or it could possibly have to do with receiving new plastic PMMA round 1 & 2 and receiving Metacril round 3 & 4.

Blows my mind. You guys are thinking I should be lucky for my original gains, which I am very grateful. However, spending additional $3000 on procedures plus shuttle, taxis, hotel, airfare we are looking at >$5000 for virtually no gains. Not to mention taking off of work for both rounds (+$2500)

That is very perplexing why you would lose size like that and not gain any size. It would seem to me that you would at least gain size from the PMMA alone, even without the aid of collagen. I know some others have realized minimal gains from additional rounds, but that just does not make sense to me. I would be frustrated, too. Have you asked Dr. C about this? Surely he has to have an idea of why additional rounds produce minimal or no gains for some people.

It's only collagen, so if the skin is really not at all compliant then it probably prevents volume growth. If you look at your first photo's, with just 10% solution, it's obvious there is no give at all in the skin at the base and top.

To be honest I can still see a tight constrictive ring at the base after round 2. What photo are you referring to in case I'm looking at the wrong one?

Does the PMMA feel any different are later rounds? Is it firmer for example? You mentioned you lost some length, do you think could be because the PMMA settled in the pubic area, creating more fat pad?

Hoddle - the base has a constrictive ring but there isn't a noticeable gap at the base as there was with post round 3 and round 4. The PMMA feels about the same. I have some PMMA settled in the fat pad settled to the sides not in the center where I would push the ruler for the BPEL. I'm going to start Hanging to try to recoup some of the length, hopefully. Really miss having that 6.5" Girth. Even though there is a small difference between 6.25 and 6.5, it makes a big difference in how it feels inside. Felt like I would really stretch girls. Now its still a tight feel, but not as good as it was. Was hoping after round 4 I would be sitting at least 6.75" base, 6.5" mseg...

So I guess the logical explanation must be that the place of least resistance is in the fat pad. Maybe when new PMMA is injected it loosened the old tissue and rather than settle under tight skin is moved the fat pad area at the sides.

I don't think you should have anymore PMMA until you've loosened the skin up at the bottom. I don't know it that's possible, but I'd guess you could try some steroid cream and pumping. Is the shaft skin free on the top side where the constrictive ring is? Can you pull it up off the shaft and feel no connective tissue? It's actually quite common to have a skin adhesion in that area, which would make the skin tighter and less compliant. Stick your littler finger on shaft skin at the ring area and see if you can fold the shaft skin back over it. This should let you know if the skin is free or not.

MGB: You could look into Belladerm or some kind of dermal graft to be layered on top. I don't know if thats been done before but I just thought you might look into other options as it seems that you've maxed out your potential gains with PMMA.

Here's a pic I took last night. Irregularities are more noticeable in this pic. Likely going to get another full round in a few months even though past two didn't work out. Will do everything I can to ensure collagen growth n minimize bumps. Just ordered Jes 4.1. Will start Hanging and hope to gain some length. Would love 7.5". 8.0" a dream. Trying to catch up to the big boys on here (miracle, sizemic). Anytime you hit the cervical area has always given great moaning reactions. Even my ex would try to position herself to get it deeper while screaming 'Deeper, deeper!'

I can't see how another full round is a good idea. To be honest, in my opinion you looked more like a touch up candidate after just 1 round. Your skin is just so tight at the top that I can't see why the PMMA would stay there this time if it hasn't in the past. If you have another full round surely it would just accentuate the irregularities you have. The tightness at the base is still going to be there, so if you yet more injected surely it will just gather mid shaft.

Personally I think you should try and smooth things out as much as possible and discuss ideas of how this can be done with Dr C and Wade before you go back. I think maybe some Kenalog at the circ area to try and soften the tissue and then use a derma roller to try and create a smoother taper. You could also try tightly wrapping the mid shaft and only injecting where it's thin just before the base. By wrapping it, hopefully the PMMA will settle at the thin area as this will then become the area of least resistance. You could try wearing a Cock ring to stop it moving to the pubic area. Basically try and trap the PMMA and force it to settle where you want.

I discussed subsequent round gains with Wade for some time and have formed my own opinion on why gains vary. The initial round will provide the greatest gains. This is due to several factors. Virgin skin, no fibrosis and elasticity of skin. On an initial procedure, the PMMA's microspheres lie in the cellulose layer allowing a "dual-sided" localized inflammatory response. On subsequent rounds, the beads are not exposed to as many natural tissue(s) (i.e.: now located on fibrotic layers of PMMA induced collagen deposition). Due to each individuals immune response, the type of collagen/fibrosis reaction can allow for further gains due to an increase in inflammatory response as opposed to the beads becoming encapsulated to protect more tissue, and the body sensing the fibrosis, decides it is permissible to halt the process as there is no further danger of the foreign body due to fibrosis. In essence, some individuals foreign body reaction allow for greater gains in subsequent rounds and some will see little gain.

The skin will stretch to accommodate greater Girth given adequate time. Wade has seen gargantuan girths via PMMA. It is impossible to have a full round and not have any gain but it can be minimal. Also, bear in mind that it takes at least 4 months to see the end result. I have even noticed size loss/gain 8 months post operative! Taking supplements is a waste of money. Your body's unique response to the product will determine gains. That said, Vitamin C cannot be synthesized by the body and is paramount in the formation of collagen production and adrenal health (take it anyway). All these uneducated blokes taking HGH, Steroids, Peptides, etc simply don't understand the process the body undergoes. I'm continuously learning from Dr. Casavantes and Wade and know that the procedure is far from perfect.

With what I know now... If I were to desire a larger, natural looking and feeling penis, I would go for 2 - 3 rounds. First round would be maximum cc's of 16%. Second and (if necessary) a third round would be for touch up only and consist solely of 16% concentration. I would recommend tapering up to the Circumcision line distally; from the base proximally while avoiding any loose scrotal tissue (if you exhibit scrotal webbing/turkey neck). IMHO, this would provide for an average increase of 1"+, a good aesthetic outcome and a natural feel. Most guys want more than this so I understand. To push beyond this will likely result in cosmetic issues and a lesser degree of naturalness. These are my own findings and I hope they offer insight to issues with penile bioplasty.

Hoddle, miracle - appreciate your input. If I could start from the beginning knowing what I know now getting PMMA I would. I would probably have better results in three rounds then needing to go in for a fifth.

I am curious if I did not receive really any collagen growth after procedure 3 and 4 due to the fact that a few days after them I made a pit stop in another city meeting up with a friend and going out drinking a couple nights then going home. Maybe the drinking stopped collagen formation at an important time for me even though my diet was mostly organic healthy foods and collagen supplements. Any thoughts on this?
